Do not recommend taking your kids to this office. Doctor was very rough. He pulled the chair up while my child had a mask on his nose hurting him. Basically because I did not want to do what he recommended. He put a little to no effort in the visit. This is not a Children's Dr. behavior or attitude. Really disappointed. Will be filing a claim with my insurance. Update: they also did this to my baby while taking his x rays !!! Mind you he was very obedient and followed every direction he was given. DO NOT GO HERE!

Worst experience of my life. They intimidated my child. Did not make him feel comfortable. And try to pressure me into doing a procedure that I was not in favor of. Not once did the doctor tried to calm down my child, not once did he try to connect with him or make him feel secure. This is not a doctor that should be dealing with children, specially not young children.

I'm long time costumer of this Pediatric dentist I love the Doctor's and assistant but the Dental costumer service I spoke this morning no diplomatic approach I'm leaving.

We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Nardea. My three year old daughter had multiple procedures done and he was so gentle and kind. She left happy and I was so pleased.

Loved the services provided for my children. However, the scheduling is not flexible and sadly, will have to switch to another dentist office who offers more flexibility for working parents and children who of course, are in school.

Disappointed is an understatement. On September 14 I scheduled appointments for my boys who were going to be new patients, the appointment was for Oct 11. I emailed the office my insurance information & was told if there was any issue with my insurance I would get a call. I get to the office and fill out the paperwork, and only then am I told that my insurance is out of network. The office staff had almost a whole month to verify my insurance benefits. Apparently the girl who scheduled my appointment 'forgot' to call the insurance. They were able to confirm my appointment several times but weren't able to see that my insurance wasn't verified? I had to make arrangements for someone to stay with my 1 year old daughter just so I could come to this office & they could waste my time. Their organization needs lots of work. I am so upset.

I wish I would've read the previous post. 3 weeks ago I called to make a first time appt for 2 children. Person on phone took my insurance information and confirmed that my insurance was covered and booked my appt. yesterday I got a confirmation call and was given wrong address. I show up 15 min early and am knocking on a locked building and calling office multiple times with no answer. Finally postal worker informs me In The weekend it's next door. I walk in and inform them they gave me wrong address and front desk apologizes. Then asks me for my dental information because nothing is registered. I informed her it was given 3 weeks ago. She states nothing is on record. Now I've waisted 30 minutes of my day since secretary is now calling my insurance again. Let's just say so far it's a horrible experience and my children haven't seen the dentist. I also work in the medical world and in my office this would never happen.
