This place is hands down the best pediatric dentist ever!!! From reception to the Dentists. Recently had some work done for my 4 year old, they make you feel so welcome and comfortable and best of all they don't make you feel shame as a lot of places have done. If you're ever in need of a pediatric dentist I 100% recommended.

Great experience here, we have been twice and no complaints. Everyone is so nice and my daughter doesn't mind going. She was talking away to the staff on our way out. They just love her. I called for an appointment and we were able to get in the next day for a routine check up.

I highly recommend the Pediatric Dentistry of Poughkeepsie practice . I visited on Aug 10, 2022 with my 11 year old daughter and we had a pleasant experience. The office is bright, clean and nicely decorated . Our appointment was scheduled for 12 and we were in the dentist chair at that appointed time. No wait at all. The dentist (Dr. Sunni) that cleaned and examined my daughter's teeth was personable, and explained everything in very simple terms. Lastly, the office administrator Tanea was polite, friendly and very helpful with insurance and other paperwork. This is a great place to take your kids for dental services!

We loved this dental place at first- until they found a cavity. They told me it was two cavities on either side of my kiddos back molars. When we got in to have them fixed, it then turned into four- one on each side of the tooth between the molars. They told me we would have to do two visits for these ($$$). Then, when I asked about the nitrous sedation (who was administering it, who was watching my child breathe, who was performing the dental work) the dentist said it was all him and then became aggressive. He stopped what he was doing, became nasty and sarcastic. Cocky, rude. Saying, "we don't have to do this at all! I could have an end tidal machine, I could have cardiac monitors, but it's not necessary!" As a pediatric ER nurse who administers nitrous- first and foremost, when we administer it, we are monitoring all of that. This man was rude and degrading. There is a way to speak to concerned parents, and I promise you, that is not the way. I promised to never ever come back and I didn't. Upon going to another family dentist I was told the cavities were so small, and on baby teeth, that it was completely unnecessary and could actually do more damage than good to attempt to fix them.

I needed an emergency appointment for my daughter because she had fell and hit her tooth. After calling almost every pediatric dentist near me, none of them took my insurance or were taking new patients. I found this place and I'm so happy I did. The staff was so kind and patient with my girls which I'm so grateful for. The office is very kid friendly and really makes them feel comfortable. All of my concerns were addressed and I left with some weight lifted off my shoulders. I highly recommend this dentist for your kids!

Arrived 8 minutes late(with timestamped phone records) after an hour trip hit construction traffic on the bridge, with an autistic 8 year old. So happy you could be accommodating and professional.
