Our Kids love it here!! Always a positive experience. It doesn't make sense they don't have a 5 Star rating. The front desk staff, Dentist assistants and doctors are so nice and patient.

Glad I didn't let the negative reviews sway me. Office is great, the dental assistants are patient and knowledgeable, Dr. Taylor is fantastic, and I love that they have Wednesday consults (if needed) with orthodontists. Disney movies playing on all the screens, jungle animals around the clinic, laughing gas where needed, and even a gentle wonderful therapy dog on Wednesdays! So glad we found this office after our move from Minneapolis.

We too where charged 20 dollars. 10 dollars for each child for tooth brushing instruction. They recieved no such instructions and even if they had they would not understand as both my kids are non verbal autistic children. Shame on them. Stay away from this place. It seems to me like the good reviews are from staff members as ine of the reviews clearly shows. Dragonfly dental wasn't any better as they charge/ billed the insurance company for a cleaning on my kids that they never did. Plus 50 dollars for fluoride treatment. Do yourself a favor and take your kids to fort myers. Better care and service down there.

The staff is very friendly and they were great with my 4 year old son. They explained step by step to him everything they were doing and they treated him so well. I was very impressed with how they handled everything and how sweet they were to my son. Great pediatric dentist!!

All the office staff and the dentist were exceptional!! My daughter had a bad experience previously and she was a nervous wreck and they made her calm and comfortable the whole time, and now she says she can't wait to come back!! I highly recommend this practice and would give more starts if possible.

Excellent doctors, they all make themselves available for my questions and concerns. Quick, easy, and friendly service from the moment you walk in to the office until the moment you leave. I can't say anything for this practice to improve on. I have already recommended and will continue to do so. Keep up the good work.

We've been going to Pediatric Dentistry of Port Charlotte twice a year since my oldest son (now 8.5) was 18 months old. The entire staff is fantastic and they are amazing with my children. As someone who personally has dentist anxiety, I can't tell you how much it means to me that my kids actually look forward to going to the dentist!

Just thought I would share a recent interaction with Dr. Erin Taylor at Pediatric Dentistry of Port Charlotte. In my eyes, both very legitimate concerns. Ultimately, Dr. Taylor did NOT have the decency, or the professionalism, to respond to my inquiry or questions. Not by phone, e-mail, or even snail mail. And we only found out what decision she made in reference to my letter, when my son went in for his Ortho appointment, both kids were flagged in their system to not make any future appointments. IMO, this Dental office does not deserve our business, and needs a refresher coarse in patient rights.

CAREFULLY READ THIS: $50 for cancellation done within 24 hours of appointment. Customer service is questionable. Just call the place and find out for yourself. You are what your ratings say you are. I do not recommend this place.

Staffing super nice but the owner... As a mom I refused them to do fillings and extraction for my 11 yo at the same time on both sides cost us to be kicked out of the office for good! Well, my kids deserve to be treated better.
