I just wanted to take a minute to thank and encourage other parents who are looking for a dentistry group for their kids to look at Pediatric Dentistry of Pittsburgh. All three of my kids are patients. We started going for basic care and it was great, but what really made them stand out was when my oldest started the process to get an expander. I was a nervous wreck. However Dr. Shaw, Dr. Ashley and Dr. Pearce have been incredible. We have spent most of our time at the Natrona Heights Office where Kathy and Donna are the two first friendly faces that you encounter. They are always pleasant, kind and welcoming regardless of how busy or slow the office is that day. If changes need to be made on their side or ours, they are always on it. We had our first trip to the RIDC Park office where....oh my....you are greeted by Kylie. Absolutely incredible. She is meant to work with kids. Chair side manner performed by all three Doctors is second to none. Dr Pearce texted me within 24 hours to check on my son after having his expander placed. In a world where calling any customer service line involves repeatedly hitting numbers in hopes that you can talk to a human, knowing that a doctor texted me or was willing to call just made me feel how much she cares. Dr Ashley and Dr Shaw also do return calls. I know that I'm missing names and I apologize but thank you Kathy, Donna, Kylie, Dr. Pearce, Dr. Shaw and Dr. Ashley as well as the rest of the team for being the best out there.

My daughter had her teeth cleaned which was basically ,brushed her teeth and added some fluoride to her teeth which she didnt need since they are her baby teeth they are all gonna fall out anyway ,no xrays and charged me $186 bux are you kidding me would have never went except we needed a signature so my daughter could start kindergarten unbelievable $186 for something my daughter does by herself daily never again shop around people

Dr Shaw and his staff are wonderful. I couldn't recommend a place more. Full of knowledge, answer any questions, Dr Shaw personally called the evening after having a procedure to check up. And they welcome calls/concerns 24/7. They are amazing and truly love what they do!

New receptionist very rude. My husband told her and hygenist not to do a flouride treatment on my granddaughter and they did it anyway. Tried to resolve the related billing issue - she spoke over me the entire time with a very patronizing tone, even lectured me! When I asked her to stop speaking over me first she snapped at me then she hanged up on me. Asked to have her supervisor call me, have not received a call. Will not be back. Unfortunate since Dr. Shaw was very nice.

Awesome experience! Staff is friendly and Dr. Dr. Shaw took time and explained all things thoroughly. Definitely, for us it was worth to drive there.

We absolutely love Dr. Shaw and all staff. They are wonderful and very patient with children. My boys do not stress their dentist appointments ... they're the best!

Staff and Dr. Shaw were very friendly and caring. They took time to get to know myself as well as my children. We were seen quickly and professionally. I strongly recommend anyone that is looking for a pediatric practice to come here.

I highly recommend this office to anyone, the staff is so good with the kids as well as Dr Shaw , Dr Shaw explains everything in detail and takes his time with the kids, they use very kid friendly words when describing and showing the dentist tools that they use, they let the kids choose their flavor of choice and allow the kids to of pick out a cute prize at the end of the visit.

Dr. Ryan Shaw and his office staff are absolutely wonderful! Everyone in the office is so kind and patient with my two boys. It's very easy to schedule an appointment and I have never experienced long wait times during our appointments. Highly recommend Dr. Shaw to anyone in search of a Dentist for their children.

Dr. Shaw, Dr. Pearce and their staff are always prompt, on time, and easy to work with. My son gets great care at a fair price.
