Horrible the new staff do not pick up phone calls nor do they return messages. My son had an appointment on Oct 11,2022 we were told by i doctor to call back in a week if we were not able to remove a concerned tooth within that week. its two weeks later today 11/04/2022 and i am still trying to get a hold of them. I will be seeking further Tx else where, this is unfortunate because the doctors and assistance are wonderful.

1st visit with Dr. Shah went very good after that my sister would take my son for me and everytime she would take him she said they were rude and rushed the whole procedure and told me to take him somewhere else. Now I see why with all the bad reviews

I really have no idea how they can hired people with no respect in front disck.doctor are the best but receptionist full off disrespect on phone and in person . After 9 years I give up i change them keep your attitude to yourself

I'm really gonna give this rreview a 1 star only because I want people to know. This is the worst place ever the doctor is very nasty my child had a tooth alrady hangging and in pain and bleading so much. She said she couldn't take out the tooth or give the child anything for the pain that I needed to wait for my child to do it himself. I ask her for a referral for me to take my kids to a doctor that could take it out she gave me the referral. I took my child to the ER and they take the teeth out with hesitation. I called back to make an appointment to follow up with my kid and they told me that she has dismissed my children's from the clinic. Not professional at all.

What a garbage place. First, it's dirty. Second, the staff and the doctor are rude and do actually nothing. They try to make you come back a different time for everything so they can bill you multiple times. My son had 2 cavities. Made me come in for an exam then to fill them but didn't tell me they would only fill one at a time and never asked which one hurt him or anything, then got nasty with me when I said something. Go somewhere else. They do not care about your kid

Update: I'm not sure why but there are different doctors, none of whom I have ever seen or worked with before. My previous experiences were good. But this new dentist i do not like. She was rude did not say a word to me when she examined my childrens teeth. The assistant told me what was going on She walked in looked and walked out insanely unprofessional. I wont be returning. My kids and I have always had very positive experiences here. Everyone is polite and friendly. Dr.Shah is wonderful and so is everyone else who assists her.

This place can be defined in one word: TRASH! i've been trying to schedule an appointment with my daughter for the past few weeks & any time the appointment is a day or two away, i receive a text saying that i have to reschedule. When I call & someone finally decides to answer, they tell me that i have to reschedule because the doctor has a family emergency. Mind you, this is the 4th family emergency they've had. This pediatric dentist is ridiculous & I would NEVER recommend anyone to waste their time here.

Worst place ever. It seems to have change the staff and the new staff is horrible. Treated me and my daughter really bad. The front desk has ni education at all. Dont go to this place

Dr. Shah is amazing! She is so sweet and kind. The staff is great too. My kids are comfortable coming here. The neighborhood is sketchy and there is never any parking. They should offer parking vouchers to their patients for the parking lot down the street. Also there is another dentist there (blonde hair) who can be a little rude/inappropriate at times. I don't think she means any harm but she comes off the wrong way. Also wanted to add that we never have to wait long here which is the best part. At our old dentist the wait was almost 2 hours sometimes.

The staff is very friendly and professional. My kids feel comfortable and so do I. Dr and assistants are always helpful. I haven't had to wait to be seen (as I had experienced in other places) and at the same time never felt like a rushed visit where they just come say hi and go. The only reason I give 4 stars is because of the location. Sometimes finding parking is really hard but for whoever uses public transportation is very convenient.
