Had a great experience for my 3 year old daughters first dentist appointment. Staff was extremely helpful and Dr. Flood was great! 10/10

Everyone here was so friendly. Customer service was great! Parking right outside entry doors. Helpful and kind front desk staff. We switched over from our previous pediatric dentist without hesitation.

Was so happy that Dr. Flood was able to get my daughter and when she chipped a significant part of her front tooth after hours she was in pain and he had her fixed up and ready to go in no time! The staff that came in after hours was friendly and compassionate as well!

Dr. Flood and his team are the best! They make going to the dentist easy for my daughter and take the time to thoroughly explain any concerns to me.

Unfortunately our experience with Onalaska Pediatric Dentistry was terrible. We were in the process of getting our three year old in for the first time. We typically go to La Crosse but they were booked solid until November. Unfortunately now I understand why onalaska had openings. The first receptionist I spoke to was awful she was super rude and honestly shouldn't be speaking to potential patients. Then I called the second time to confirm my appointment and also double check that I could go back with my three year old as he would not do well being that it was his first time. The receptionist said the Dr. absolutely would not allow me to be with him as that's his preference to not work with parents around. Sounds a bit fishy to me so NO thanks! I canceled my appointment immediately. I will gladly wait and go to La Crosse where their receptionists are kind, and welcoming along with their doctors being more then willing to let parents join their children.

My 4 year old son actually LIKES coming to see Dr. Flood and his staff. They make him feel comfortable and do awesome work. Definitely recommend for kiddos

I can not say enough good things about the staff. My daughter went for her first cleaning, she was super scared but they didn't push her. They were so nice and explained everything going on with her teeth. We will definitely continue going here.
