We've been patients here for about 5 years. Dr. Egger and all the hygienists are amazing! I have a kiddo on the Autism Spectrum, and he always had issues at the dentist before we joined this practice. He has done so well here! I also have a neurotypical daughter, and they're great with here as well. We will be patients as long as my kids need a pediatric dentist!

We are so grateful to have Dr. Paul Egger and Dr. Erica Gilbert treating our children. Recently we were faced with an emergency after hours situation on a Friday night. Despite the weekend evening timing, Dr. Egger resonded to our call immediately and was instrumental in connecting and arranging an urgent after hours office visit with our orthodontist. We are so appreciative of his attentiveness and guidance as well as the follow-up appointments and next steps. He truly went above and beyond both in an emergency situation as well as with standard check-ups and can't recommend this practice enough!

My Daughter has been seeing Dr. silver in Northbrook. He and the staff treat her really well and the work is great. It would be hard to top this office's hospitality.

The team here went above and beyond! They spent over an hour with our terrified 9 year old. We were just getting braces and expander removal but the team got her from a ball of nerves curled up and hiding her mouth to laughing and happy again. It was a hard road and they really worked hard and calmly to get her done one step at a time. Thank you so much!

Just have to leave this review...I was so impressed with the whole team at Pediatric Dentistry of Northbrook! From check in to working with the hygienist, to Dr. Silver actually pulling my daughter's two teeth, the whole thing was a pleasure! They were calm, friendly and reassuring all at the same time. My 7 year old was happy from start to finish! Can't say enough about this wonderful place!

My daughter had teeth issues pretty much since the beginning! We visited many places before and found many doctors that wanted to do a rushing type of service, get in,cry/tears, pay and get out type of service, thanks to God we found PDN and specifically Dr. Chad Silver! What a blessing! He is a true angel, playful and very professional who knows how to treat kids, he makes my daughter feels that she is having fun while her teeth are getting fixed up, he has done such an amazing job fixing what previous doctors failed! Thanks to him my daughter has a very shiny smile! I'll recommend him to everyone in my family and friends because PDN and himself are a truly professional and a caring family!

Dr. Silver is the best! My 7 yo is terrified of doctors in general, especially the dentist. Dr. Silver was very gentle, my son didn't even notice how Dr. Silver extracted a wiggly tooth. After the vist he said it was so much fun at the dentist that he can't wait to go back :) That's a great doctor in my book! Thank you Dr Silver!

My son, who is sometimes anxious at the dentist, had to have two cavities filled. Sloane and Dr. Gilbert were ABSOLUTELY amazing with him. They explained everything, were gentle, were kind, and my son did such an awesome job with the whole process so a definite win win. They chatted with my son to make him comfortable and ease his mind. Susan, the hygienist, has been cleaning my son's teeth for years as she works magic with him to keep him calm and get the job done. This practice is outstanding!

My two year old son saw Dr. Gilbert today and I cannot say enough wonderful things about her and the entire practice! From the start, everyone was super friendly and talking to my son to make him feel comfortable. The hygienist was so sweet with him and let him pick his own toothbrush and try out the chair he'd be sitting in. Dr. Gilbert was wonderful when looking at his teeth and sang what she was doing (like counting his teeth) to make him comfortable and to distract. We were in and out in no time and my son was happy the entire time (which I was shocked by). He left thrilled because he got to take home a toy car and some stickers. Cannot say enough wonderful things about this practice and would highly recommend!

I can't say enough great things about this practice. Dr. Resnick is so kind, caring, and patient. He sits and talks with us as if we're the only patients in his office, and always answers all of our questions and concerns. Plus, he manages to take away any fears my kids may walk in with. The entire staff is warm and welcoming as well. I can't imagine trusting my children to anyone else!

My 6 year old son is very difficult at the dentist, has cavities, and has a VERY hard time complying for just a checkup. We switched over to this practice from a different pediatric dentist and have never been happier. Every staff member is so kind and incredible with children. They work well with the kids, make them feel safe, and form a nice bond with them. After our first checkup here (with Dr. Resnik) my son had a huge smile on his face saying that it was the best. Today, we came in for a cavity filling with Dr. Amanda and it was also such a pleasant experience. My son asked her if she did it already and she said yes and he responded "I didn't even feel you filling a cavity." And then asked "do all the dentists in this dentist place do it like you?" Needless to say he realized it was a very good experience! I highly recommend this practice for everyone- ESPECIALLY if your child has a hard time going!

The dentists are OK. but the service is super bad. I took my daughter for an annual general cleaning, which is fully covered by the insurance. However, i was charged $63 for the periodic oral evaluation which was not covered. In all my life, the annual cleaning is covered with dentist's checking. As part of the annual cleaning, it is routine that a dentist comes in to make sure that everything is fine after the hygienist does the cleaning.
