Dr thomas and his entire staff are absolutely amazing. Not only did they answer all my questions, but the staff member who helped with the process set with us every step of the way instead of switching out nurses every step of the process. We talked about several things in our lives and made the experience feel very friendly and personal instead of just feeling like a client/patient, she made us feel like a part of the "family". She walked myself and my daughter through every tool they would be using for her fillings and tooth extraction. They showed her how the tools work and how relatively harmless the tools would be to her, it helped ease both of our anxieties. She very much enjoys going to the dentist there and as a parent having an environment where your child and yourself feels that comfortable in such a vulnerable state makes a huge difference. I can tell the staff truly cares about the well being of the patients and does not just see us as a way they make a living but as people they want to educate and actually help, this is a rare thing in health care now days. Alot of nurses and doctors dont have good bed side manor and its a huge let down to not feel valued, especially when it comes to the well being of your children. I appreciate everything they have done and will continue to do for our family in the future.

We love it here ! Brandi was so kind , and made sure my son was comfortable and kept his mind off what was going on ! Dr Tom was also very sweet and kept my son laughing the whole time . I couldn't be happier with our experience today.

Love all the Staff here !!!!! My First son Axton when he was a baby had Dr. Brummer He moved to a different office. He was so nice we will miss him! Then half way through his dentist got changed to Dr. Thomas G. Ison now both my boys Axton and Kazden have him as their Dentist. He is always friendly, nice and does a Wonderful job checking, their teeth. Explaining to me everything going on. If there are any concerns or no cocerns. Both Dentist's are Wonderful and so is all the Dental assistants, ladies who work as a Dental receptionist! Thank you Brandy one of the ladies who cleaned Axton's teeth and put his fluoride on his teeth afterward Dr. Thomas Ison checked his teeth today! She was so sweet and Kind! Fun to talk too and be around! June 30th 2022. I wished I remembered all the ladies names so I could list them too! I will try going forward! Love you all thank you all so very much!

Everyone here is amazing, Dr. Ison though, he is top of the line. He fixed my sons broken tooth yesterday and he even had the groves like the other tooth perfect! My son is smiling more already! Brandy made him feel super comfortable while he was getting numbed (that is a task in itself). I also had a recent visit with my daughter for a filling and again the two of them could not have worked better together! I recommend the office to everyone I know who has children. If there were more stats they'd get them all, Thank you Dr. Ison and staff you're all GREAT!

My 5 year old son just received 2 crowns and 2 fillings with Dr Ison and he was absolutely amazing! His assistant Cierra was awesome as well and made sure it all went smooth. The verbiage they use is so great and it helped keep my son calm! I definitely recommend them! Everyone was great!

I am so impressed with this dentist office if I could give them a thousand stars I would!! the nurse Brandy was absolutely born to do what she was doing. I have a 5-year-old and an 11 year old. The 11-year-old has a disability and the five year old is rambunctious. they did fabulous with both kids I was so impressed so happy to say I finally after many years found a dentist that was worth going to I recommend them to the Moon and back.thank you so much for being so good at your jobs it means so much to me.

Today was our first appointment with Dr. Ison! He was fantastic! so personable, kind and just awesome! My 5 year old had a cavity filled today and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! The staff are always so wonderful and Dr. Ison is a perfect fit!

Dr. Ison and his staff are wonderful. My four year old daughter recently had to have treatment done and they did such a good job with her. So patient and willing to go above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable. I highly recommend Newburgh Pediatric Dentistry!

Dr Ison is very nice, very gentle! His friendly ,warm and funny personality really eases your child if they are nervous. The staff are so nice and great at easing my child's nerves! It is a beautiful colorful office and waiting room.

The staff is amazing with all children and take special care with children who have special needs. I was brought to tears as I watched the compassion and interactions between staff, the dentist, and children with special needs. I love that this dentist will see foster children and give them the treatment they need! I had called other offices who would not even see them, let alone know how to handle special needs and sensitive triggers. We will be supporting this office for years to come!
