Friendly and meticulous doctor exams! The tv's on the ceiling keep my kids relaxed and distracted during their cleanings & exams. The staff and doctor explain and teach how to keep their teeth sparkling. Fabulous service!!!

Upgrading my review to a 5. I complained in the past and they listened. TODAY we had the most amazing Hygienist for my son and his name is Craig. He made our whole experience a pleasant one. The Dentist is absolutely knowledgeable and kind, we love them. Thank you.

I called in for a refund for my daughters procedure 6/2/2022. In the amount of $200 the office Manager Rose was beyond nasty over talked me wouldn't allow me to even respond back. Completely disrespectful. It is now 6/13/2022 no refund was issue Dan who is their accountant hasn't issued a refund yet because people requested more money than they should is exactly want Rose said. Rose continue to say "when I said 7-10 business days. It's really 7 to 14 days. Which was told me until now. Meaning my money will come in a few days. She then back tracked to say that they just put in the claim 5 days ago! When the last representative told me they put it in the second of June. Rose should be fired for the lack of respect and customer service that lady is beyond nasty. And I will be reporting her to corporate.

Will not give prices over the phone for self-pay, claim an "evaluation" is needed, even though I specified the exact procedure, which was recommended by a different provider.

I love the atmosphere of this dentist. They are always so good with my now 3 year old. Today's appointment went so smoothly for my son's cleaning and checkup. Craig was exceptionally sweet and great with my son. Hoping we have him again for our next appointment!

I absolutely love Dr. Rivera and her staff. All 4 of my kids see her. When the stopped taking our insurance I was bummed, but best believe I ran back once I got new insurance. She's warm, caring and knowledgeable. The office is decor is fun and quirky, kids will love it.

We absolutely love Dr. Marta and her entire staff. We've been coming to her since 2015. Recently we had Craig as our tech, and he went above and beyond to make my small kids and toddler feel comfortable. They encourage parents to come back with their children, and make each experience as postive as possible. I highly recommend Marta Rivera for expertise as well.

Absolutely the best experience I've had ever at a dentist office... from the front desk, assistant, dentist to check out! Everything needed for my child was explained and in a very courtesy/friendly manner! The dentist realized during her exam that my child has acid reflux issues as well as he is grinding his teeth. I wasn't aware of this because he never complained. I've also taken him to other offices and no one else noticed this. Dr. Rivera was absolutely beyond amazing. She was friendly, high spirited and took the time to speak with me about all my concerns. They also take great precautions to keep everyone safe with their protocols for COVID which is very important to me.

I was seriously terrified to bring my two young kids in to this office. Mostly, my 5 year old is pretty high anxiety and worries a lot and has had break downs with other doctors/doc settings many many times. Well, he LOVED this visit. Granted, they didn't do anything that "hurt" (other than flossing, he didn't love that part, but they handled it really really well, took a break and let him tell them when he was ready to start flossing again). There was no pressure to hurry or force the kids to do what was needed. They got both of my kids to do x-rays and LIKE it (like seriously, how do you get kids to stand still biting a weird machine while it whirls around them? It was magical!). In all, they made a potentially tough situation FUN. Also, they didn't make me feel ashamed for putting off this visit longer than I should have (I was seriously DREADING it). I would definitely recommend this office.

It was my daughter's first time visiting a dentist and I was very scared she was going to have a bad experience. However it went amazing!!! Her dental hygienist Diana was the best. She made sure she talked every step with my daughter and let her touch some of the things so she felt comfortable. She really took her time with her and if she ever felt uncomfortable she changed it up immediately and didn't force her. She really cared and made sure she wasn't at all traumatized by her first experience to assure the following visits would go just as smooth. The actual Dentist was just as compassionate and she very informative on my daughter unique situation. I couldn't be more happy with this dentistry and look forward to continuing to have a great experience with my kids
