Worst attitude ever!! Do not use this dentist, and the doctors are low level with no experience at all! Today I got a phone call they will cancel all appointments for my kids because of the negative review, SMART!!

Amazing experience. From the moment you walk in to the time you leave.. everyone treats you with respect and compassion. Took my 3 kids and they all had a pleasant and enjoyable experience at the dentist!! Without a doubt will be spreading the word at how great it is to finally find a dental office we love!

Amazing team of Dentists, Nurses and Staff! The compassion doesn't stop at the front desk. I was so overwhelmed that my daughter needed dental work, they put all my worries at easy. She's excited to go back for her cleanings.

One star because I had to put something...Monday was my second time visiting Pediatric Dentistry of Nanuet with my three children ages 16, 6 and 3. In tow was also my 10 month old daughter. My initial experience was great which is why I decided to return. We are fairly new residents of Rockland and were looking for a pediatric dentist to continue with in the area. On our first visit the dental hygienist was amazing. He was very friendly and appeared to be fantastic with children. The other women that took X-rays were also great. When it was time to see the dentist I was very happy with him I believe we saw Dr. Samuel. He was friendly, good with the children and pretty informative about my children's teeth. He explained everything. I decided to make their 6 month follow up visit while we were there. I thought I found a new pediatric dentist home. My return visit was not as pleasant as my first time although it wasn't horrible...initially. We were taken in the room to start our visit by a female hygienist. She saw my son first and then my two daughters. Not as friendly as our initial hygienist but not really any complaints. They received X-rays, teeth cleaning and my daughters received fluoride. My son did not. He's 3 but he received a fluoride treatment the first time. We never saw the dentist. I don't even think the dentist was there. I also overheard that the usual staff for the front was out. At the end of my visit I was informed that I had to pay. However, the two women in the front weren't sure of my fees. One of the women was the hygienist who just worked on my children's teeth and the other woman was sitting at the front desk when we first arrived who took my insurance card. They both started writing down fees for each child but were saying it didn't look right and they weren't sure if the fees were correct. Meanwhile my three children were ready to go and my 10 month old was crying. I was also trying to inquire about my sons teeth during all of this because she briefly mentioned he had cavities and needed crowns. However the hygienist was more concerned with my fees and trying to figure that out instead of speaking to me about the next steps for my son. One of the fees she wrote down was over 300 for one child. I have private insurance and have a deductible, but we were there for preventive care and my last visit was no where near that amount for one child. Being that the children were restless and my baby was crying, I asked them if they could figure it out and send me a bill. I would pay just as I did the last time when I received the bill via mail. I even made sure they had my email address because they already have my mailing and phone number. Less than 30 minutes I received an email with a total amount for all three children for a little over 300 dollars. I also received a missed call and voicemail for the dentist office. I then received 3 more missed calls from the office. These were all after the email and voicemail they have already left me. They then call my husband who was at work. He also missed the call. They call him again. This time he picks up because it's a back to back call from a number he doesn't recognize. The woman on the other end lets him know she's calling from the dentist office and continues. He says ok I'm at work you are looking for my wife. She continues to talk. He stops her again and informs her he's in the middle of a meeting. He explained to her that he couldn't talk and that he wasn't at the visit. He also informed her to contact his wife and that he had to go. The woman on the other end very nastily says "Well tell your wife to pick up the phone then" and proceeds to hand up. My husband is now outraged at the lack of professionalism and stops his meeting so that he can speak to the dentist directly. He was informed that he was unavailable. No one one has returned the call and it is two days later. The dentist office has lost three patients because I will never do business with anyone whose staff treats patients this way.
