My children have been patients here for years and I cannot stress how much we love Dr. Marc and his incredible staff! They are kind, patient and empathetic with children, not to mention have an incredible open office and treatment area which lets the parents be present, ask questions and be fully aware of every step of the process. Most, if not all, of the hygienists are parents themselves and so good with kids. It's a fun and inviting atmosphere that truly takes away the anxiety of a dentist appointment. I wish I could come here, too!

My daughter had a fear of dentists. She would bite them, or throw up on them after making herself gag. When she was in Kindergarten, Dr. Marc came in to give a presentation to the Kindergartners about teeth cleanings. My 6 year old came home with the free kit from Dr. Marc and said - I WILL go to this dentist. I immediately scheduled an appointment and have been happily taking both of my kids to him for the last 6+ years. The Doctor and his staff are always compassionate and friendly - and almost seem to make the visits FUN! I wish he cleaned adult teeth!

Parents you are missing out if you do not have your children go to Pediatric Dentistry of Mullica Hill. This office is out of this world. Both the staff and Dr Marc strive to make a positive experience for your children. My children have been patients of Dr Marc's for years. They are now in their teens and I am still welcome back to their office visit. He is the dentist to go to if your child has ever had trauma or a prior bad experience. Dr Marc helps reduce fear, lifting confidence, and providing a fun positive environment for his patients along with quality care. It is unfortunate, and unfair that anyone would leave a poor review, because of one visit or especially if it was their child's very first visit. I have been in the dental field for 20+ years and I understand the challenges that children may not accept necessary care, making a clinical visit difficult for any practitioner that has an obligation to complete evaluations, and treatment. People need to understand that there are different situations, personalities and obstacles in pediatrics. It upsets me to see a poor review when there is nothing but absolute positive quality care at this office. Dr Marc is kind, compassionate, and truly cares about the families who visit his practice.

The BEST Pediatric Dentist and staff! The office is so fun and my kids LOVE it here! Dr. Marc and the hygienists are very thorough and patient and I would HIGHLY recommend this practice!!!

My 4-year-old son had his first dentist visit here on 9/1/22. We prepared my son by explaining the process ahead of time and reading books about the dentist so he went in eager and prepared. Unfortunately, all the prep in the world could not prepare him for how horrible this dentist was. My son was a little scared when the dentist came in (because he did not like the toothpaste the hygienist used) and the dentist had ZERO patience for my child. Instead of giving my child a few minutes to calm down and compose himself, he YELLED at him, pointed his fingers in my child's face, and grabbed my child's wrists (trying to pry his hands off his face). His exact words were "YOU ARE 5 YEARS OLD, THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR" And this was yelled at him about 5 inches from his face while the dentist pointed his finger at his face. My child had fear in his eyes when the dentist yelled at him. My son is actually only 4 years old and this was his first appointment at the dentist. It was totally acceptable and developmentally appropriate for him to be apprehensive about a strange man touching his teeth. What was UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR was a dentist YELLING at a 4-year-old for having feelings. I also find it a little ridiculous that the dentist expected my 4-year-old to regulate his emotions, when he was a grown adult who couldn't regulate his own. This office also encourages children to be independent and go back to their appointments alone. I can't imagine what would have happened if my husband and I were not in the room. The appropriate response to a small child who is having some difficulties would be to give him some space to calm down. Instead he was overstimulated, yelled at, and bribed with a "prize" if he did exactly as the dentist said. Apparently, he wasn't deserving of that "prize" because he never received it. Instead he received a fear of dentists that we will have to unlearn while finding a new dentist that has some compassion for their patients. As someone who works in the field of childhood trauma, I recommend this dentist take some time to learn about child development and appropriate behaviors. If he only wants patients who are going to be easy, maybe he should work with adults instead. Although he is proof that some adults also can't seem to handle their own emotions. I will NEVER take my child to this dentist again and I urge you not to either.

Dr. Marc was great with my daughter! The entire staff was welcoming and helped keep my daughter calm. The office was very clean, modern, and welcoming. The quality of care from Dr. Marc was excellent, thank you!

Our 1st appt, my son sat in my lap. Our 2nd visit w/ Dr Marc, my child sat by himself. When he squirmed during the exam, Dr Marc held his jaw/ear area so tightly to keep him still that my child complained of jaw pain that evening so badly he couldn't even sleep. We did not return and I would not recommend due to this treatment we experienced. Time should have been taken to discuss what was going to take place during the exam and whether my child was able to sit by himself, instead of rushing to get the job done.

My kids love going to see Dr. Marc! Dr. Marc and the staff are all so nice and patient. All 4 of my kids leave with clean beautiful smiles!! Couldn't ask for a better pediatric dentist.

Always a positive experience here! The hygienists are so nice and great with kids. Both my daughters actually look forward to going to the dentist! Would highly recommend this office.

Great office with great staff! I always feel like my child gets their undivided attention, not only the staff members but Dr. Albano as well. They are very upfront and honest about what work needs to be done, what options we have and what our out of pocket cost will be. I came to this office when my child needed a lot of work done and they were able to fit her in for every appointment within a month when other offices had 2 month waits to even begin. I would highly recommend this office to anyone, they will accommodate for your family in any way they can!

Staff very unprofessional and hangs up on clients. They Don't explain work or out of pocket expenses to either parent yet claim they do. The dentist was also quite arrogant on the phone with both my husband and myself, after being hung up on by the receptionist. If I could give 0 stars I would. They lost 2 children today. The staff was not called 12 times as nor were they harassed. You staff was unprofessional and hung up on me. No your receptionist.went over NO cost with me other than a reversal agent but completely neglected to mention the out-of pocket nitrous charge. Why is that. Also telling the public how my child reacted in your office and and chair has to be somd.kindn legal violation. I think it's inappropriate to discuss such matters in the public as im sure some type of legal action could.be taken.

Staff was extremely great with my terrified 4 year old. Dr. Marc was excellent with my 5 year old who required a dental filling and she didnt feel a thing! I would highly recommend this office and it was definitely worth the hour drive! My girls cant wait to come back for their next cleaning!

I live in Sewell and had been going to a family practice near me. We made the switch to Pediatric Dentistry of Mullica Hill after I had tried to get my daughter ( 3 ) to sit for a cleaning to no avail. From the moment we were welcomed I knew this would be a wonderfully stress free appointment. They have an area with arcade games, toys, child sized seating, televisions and flippy sequin fabric lines the halls! Dr. Marc Albano has assembled a caring and knowledgeable staff from check in til check out. We have had to use more then just the yearly cleaning services as well. We had a procedure done by Dr. Albano at the Virtua Surgery Center and it was flawless. My daughters smile is back on track and it is all due to this office. I would highly recommend this office to anyone! I have since switched over all of my children to this office and continue to wish I could go here!
