My girl is autistic but they are so good with her. They are patient and know how to talk to her to keep her calm. She feels very comfortable being there and lets them do what she needs done. Says a lot in my book. I would never take her anywhere else. These folks are awesome!

Stellar work and communication from NOBA and Doctor Keeling. Front desk staff on the other hand, has some opportunities with communicating and accurately estimating treatment plans. Not only have I personally experienced it but seen it first hand happen to another mom while I was in the waiting room. With the current market, one cannot assume it's client's financial status. I recommend they asked parents if paying today works and after seeing or hearing hesitation with out of pocket expenses to lead with billing them. This way not only the patient but their parents/guardians can also have a less stressful time at the dentist's office.

We drive 45 min to use them. After having some negative experiences at other pediatric dentist office. They are always patient with my children. Dr. Tom even sang my daughters favorite song to calm her down! THE BEST!!

Wouldn't use anyone else! My daughter loves Dr. Wallace and the staff. We are very blessed to have such a wonderful dentist right here in Lebanon Tennessee.

My 3 yr old saw Angie, the dental hygienist and dentist Dr. Suzanne. Got right in, no waiting. They both were great with my son. Highly recommend.

Always a great experience here. Started here when my son was 4 he is now 10. I wish they still did the no cavity club because my son was always so excited but thanks to covid they don't do it anymore. Love the crew and cleanliness of the facility. Always 5 stars for us.
