This is the second time a have a dental emergency with my kids and they literally cannot do anything! Or don't even try! They only care about making the easy money with easy consultations as soon as you need them they are not able to help.

I have several children that have gone here over the years. The office is beautiful and always clean. The dentists are nice as well as most of the staff. However, if your child has a dental emergency do not think about calling them. Sure, they'll get you in to only be seen by the dentist in about a week. Then, they'll schedule an appointment months out! No care in the world that your child is in pain. If your child has a cavity, you'll also wait months and months for an appointment after the "check up" appointment. They cancel appointments a lot, then cancel the rescheduled appointments. Mind you, each canceled appointment pushes your appointment out months and months. Not to mention, whoever is in charge of texting the parents is quite rude and combative. I'm honestly very taken aback by the amount of 5 stars they have. Every parent that I've spoken to about this office has had issues from excessive billing to them canceling appointments. None of my children will ever be back.

While they're not bad, prices tend to be high but it's the best, scheduling with them has always been an issue. Appts were cancelled on me again with no notice just because they felt like. Also, according to their message as of 8/8/22 they're closed for vacation yet, I have an appt today. Maybe that's why they cancelled? Either way, second time they cancelled because their Email Confirmation I guess doesn't work which really shouldn't matter. Appt should stay unless called to cancel as per their own email. "We do not accept changes or cancellations via email. If you are unable to make this appointment, please call us to reschedule. Thank you!" Weird how you have to call or they'll just do whatever they want.

I had to change dentist for my 2 daughters due to personal reasons. They had their first appointment on this office mid June 2022 and the appointment went smooth. They had cleaning, x-rays and check ups in their first visit. It was great! My kids loved the staff and the place. They were happy girls at the end of the visit. I am happy about the change of dentist.

Dr. Erin was absolutely kind, patient, & very good to my daughter. For a 2.5 year old who hates to brush her teeth, I dreaded this first visit as I just knew my little girl was not going to be so sweet as usual. But between the nurse & Dr. Erin I can honestly say we left with very little tears shed and an overall great experience. Thank you!!

We always have such a great experience with everyone at Dr Erin's. This most recent trip, my son was having a toothache on and off for 2 days and they were able to squeeze him to check it was nothing serious. We love it there.

The best pediatric dentist I've ever visited. Very nice and welcoming staff. They were amazing and treated my child with autism with great patience and welcoming attitudes. I'm very impressed with this office. I would highly recommend this place !

I felt that your staffs were playing game with me. When I called to book an appointment for my daughter I clearly explained the insurance I have. They told me they will confirm with the insurer and let me know if I can come in. Nobody called back. On the day of the appointment I called in the morning to find out if the insurance issue was cleared and whether I will be bringing my daughter or not. They told me they already spoke with the insurer and that they accept that insurance and I was cleared to bring my daughter. When I got there for my daughter's appointment, I was surprised they told me they don't accept my insurance and that i will have to pay out of pocket blah blah blah. It was only upon insistence that they now said oh the insurance was accepted with a bogus explanation of the reason why they earlier said it was not accepted. I felt very awkward and that was my daughter's first visit. I will need to think twice if I will come back for her next appointment because there is already an element of mistrust here

My two oldest have been going to pediatric dentistry of Lakeland for years. I just took my 13-month-old. It was a great experience with Dr. ERIN she sang to my sweet girl and checked her teeth with such good care she is so personable. By far the best dentist for my babies! The staff is caring and right to the point for help! It's nice going to a dentist that you can count on to take good care of your kids, not for there pocket! Dr.Erin and her staff are amazing!!! Wouldn't take my kids no where else!

This office is amazing! Today was my first experience here and from the time i walked in the door, i felt like my daughter and i were valued. The dental assistant Madison was outstanding! The whole way through the visit she made my daughter feel comfortable and made stuff simple for her to know what was going on. She was very up beat and personable! The girls front desk were nice and very pleasant as well. The Dr. was very informative and i liked how she describes the treatments recommended! Overall this office is 10/10!

I took my son for his first dentist visit and the dentist and staff were very patient with him and great at explaining to him what they were doing to calm his nerves. Both atmosphere and staff are great for kids- even those who get a little scared of new experiences.

My fiance and I took our 6 almost 7 month old with two teeth for a first time appointment. The staff was amazing and so sweet. I was recommended this location by my sister in law and I will recommend this place to others. Thank you for an amazing first time visit!

Everytime we visit Pediatric Dentistry, the staff is so nice, so kind. I have no worries my son will be ok. We've been there 3/4 times now and it's been a great experience each time.

This place is amazing. This was my daughter's first visit and of course, she was so nervous. The staff there made the entire process so easy. She was very happy after her visit. They do an amazing job catering to their little clients.

Fantastic staff - they fit us in to revise our son's lip and tongue tie. Everyone at the office was extremely friendly, informative, kind, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this office!!
