Super positive experience. Just took my 5 year old son here for his first dentist visit. Everyone was super friendly - front desk, hygienist, assistant - and Dr. Schuster is great. They were also very prompt and efficient, and the facility was clean. My son was watching cartoons the whole time and I'm not sure he realized they were even doing anything to him. He got a goodie bag and a balloon on the way out and he said he's looking forward to going back. All good. Highly recommend.

I recommend this Dental Office. The front desk staff is welcoming . The Dentist and dental assistants are professional and kid friendly. My children always leave the office happy. Also they get a goodie bag and a ballon.

We couldn't be more happier with this dentist and all of the staff (especially Cindy). They are all very friendly and are very good with children that have special needs. They are gentle and explain what they are doing BEFORE they do it. My Grandson had a positive experience here and I believe we finally found our permanent dentist. I highly recommend them.

My girls and I love this dentist/orthodontist office! Hands down the best around.The office,exam rooms and staff are all amazing.They all make it so comfortable for the kids,that's normally not something that comes with a dental visit but this place is a game changer.The last office we visited was not my favorite and most definitely not my girls favorite..luckily they referred my youngest daughter to Pediatric Dentistry and she loved it immediately,so did her sister.We were super excited to find out they could both be patients there.I never would've thought any of my kids would calmly and willingly hop up in a dentists chair to have their teeth pulled but that's how they roll in this place! It's like the Willy Wonka's Chocolate Factory of dentist's offices,ironically

My daughter has always gone here and we've loved everyone. I would have always given a 5 star until today. The woman who cleaned her teeth made her bleed a lot and after 10 hours she still has a headache because the woman who seemed high was so rough. My kid had zero cavities no problems yet was spitting blood for 20 minutes and couldn't eat because her teeth still hurt! There was even blood on the headrest when she was done. I love the dentist he's fantastic but this woman who I've never met all these years is insane. I'll change to 5 stars after she is gone or learns how to do her job correctly.

Dr. Schuster is amazing! Just recently had an appointment with My daughter. My daughter has anxiety about the dentist and he made her so comfortable and relaxed. We have been going here for years. The staff has always been great to my kids!

I take my 3 kids there. I love this place and so do my kids. Dr. Schuster is beyond amazing he always makes my kids comfortable and he sings with them, just amazing. My 6 year old hated every dentist before, 6 people ( literally 6) always had to hold him down and that would hurt me he would cry so much. As soon as we walk into this office he saw Dr. Schuster and he talk to him and Dr. S listen to him and kept the conversation going then they sang the old MacDonald song lol and ever since then my 6 year old can't wait to be the first one in the dentist chair even if he has cavities that need to be fixed. Today he did my 3 year old she was very scared and cried but again he made it fun and she fussy only a little. I very highly recommend this office and Dr. Schuster. Thank you for making my kids feel comfortable, what you do is great I should add I drive an hour and half to this office, that's how good i think they are. Even after moving I won't change the dentist.

Dr. Schuster is awesome! And so is the staff! My daughters had a bad experience with another dentist but everyone here made them feel super comfortable and even got them to laugh a bit

This was the first Time I took my daughter to this Dentist. They were absolutely amazing! She is only 4 and needed to have some deep work in the cavities. I looked at reviews ... I wasn't sure but she needed treatment. They were fantastic from day 1 they accommodated us in an appointment in 2 days. When we arrived the staff was helpful, kind and all the safe measurements were taken. The Dentist was a delight he welcomed us with a smile. Acknowledged me but focus on creating a bond with her, making her comfortable, explained all the procedures.... the work they had to do was intense but they were kind, patient and had an extraordinary sense of how to deal with children and parents! I left that place and I couldn't stop talking about it, the experience. The peace I felt was unreal, we all know taking little ones to the dentist is very traumatic and stressful. THEY ARE FABULOUS

Every visit for my son has been a pleasure. The staff and dentist are excellent at what they do, make my son feel very comfortable and are kind and fun with him. Some reviews are unkind to the reception team but I have always found them to be to the point and professional. I highly recommend this dental office!

Everyone at Pediatric Dentistry of Kingston are very professional, friendly, and always treat my 3 children with kindness. They also have a wonderful sense of humor which helps keep our kids smiling and feeling at ease. We have had the experience of using several services at this office, from regular dental visits, orthodontics, to surgery. We highly recommend this dental office!

The most pathetic and unprofessional staff members i have ever seen. They are on video calls chit chatting and im waiting in the tiny hallway.I visited there twice and couldn't get the treatment for my son. I will never recommend this place if you can find another place for your kids treatment. Im very disappointed by their treatment.

They use to be great but because I missed a few appointments, Now when I call to make appointments for my 2 kids whoever is answering the phone won't let me make an appointment, They keep saying call back when you can come in the same day and we will see if we can make an appointment that day, but that's not working either, I would like to know who is in charge of this office? My kids are suffering.

Such an amazing experience for my 16 and 6 year old. Staff was above and beyond, made them both smile the entire time. Super professional and the doctor with a sense of humor! Thank you for the bright smiles!

One of the worst dentist do not take your child here unless you want them to be roughed up and leave with infected fillings and crowns horrible with kids
