Doctors are very nice but the staff, like the front desk are rude and never willing to help. Exept for one. But doctors are great !!!!

Everything workout perfect including the registration, the assistant nurse, dentist, smooth and excellent experience, especially to a child that have a very bad gag reflex, I couldn't express how good the clinic walk through the process with no cry, no scare and pleasure experience, we completed the visit in 1 hour with 4 patient ahead of us and the registration was cleared the health insurance procedure. Thank you all for your effort.

We had a positive first time visit today with Dr. Yu. It was a very first time for my four year old and he was really apprehensive but the staff all made sure to make him feel comfortable and at ease. The assistant was very kind and gentle when taking X-rays and we were provided with all the information on what was the cause of my son's inflammation of the cheek. We will be going back there next week as he needs to have an extraction of impacted tooth and put in a spacer after his round of antibiotics due to his infection . Overall, we had a positive experience.

The doctors and staff are the absolute best!!! Their very patient with kids. I have two girls (4 and 6) they've been going for a year now. It's always an adventurous time in the chair from the songs being sung to the sweet stories being told to keep them calm. I've been to 3 different dentist. This one was the best ever!! We're definitely here to stay!! 10 from me for going above and beyond every visit

I brought my lil one for a filling and she was very nervous. They were so good with her. She told me 20+ times after the dentist that it wasn't that bad. It could've been the laughing gas but it definitely help. I really liked how they told me how much it would cost up front before they do it. I didn't have any surprises and they asked for permission first. Dr. Kim was amazing with my daughter. She knew what to say to calm her down. She also loved all the gifts after and they gave some for my other lil one that wasn't even there. I had a very pleasant experience and you can see they really love children.

I come before my kids to this office and one day, a little later I came from the appointed time, and that girl was at the front desk, she treated me disrespectfully and shouted that she was no longer accepting patients. but I said that the Internet shows that your office is open until 2:00pm.There were 1.5 hours left before the office closed, and I explained that I have a baby, I was half an hour late and the Internet shows that your office is open until 2:00pm, And she screamed again that it was a mistake, we are open until 12:00pm today. the people who work here do not know respect, ethics and aesthetics, but, unfortunately, the doctors are good. Today I went to another pediatric dentist(87-07woodhaven blv.Children dentist), the attitude of the med.assisants and doctors is very good, and even the conditions and atmosphere there delight kids, I recommend everyone to go to this office. All employees here treat people politely and sincerely.

Such pleasant and professional staff. Very inviting and kid friendly office. I visited with my 3 kids and the wait wasn't very long at all. Doctors are knowledgeable and explained all the steps as they went along....very happy with their care.

If I could would give it none they did my child's teeth and after dr Kim did it it was hurting and dr Kim kept saying that the teeth have to be removed

It was good experience going to the dentist today I took my children for a clean up it was good I like this place everybody it's friendly it's very clean and I will recommend to other people that's why I will give you five stars

I take all my kids here. Major upgrade from years ago. Staff is great and treat the kids with kindness. The little goodie bags/treats are a huge plus. My son who never went to the dentist before had a great time. Had cleaning and fillings same day. They used nitrous and my son didn't feel a thing. He was so focused on talking with the dentist that he didn't see me come in and when he finally looked down to his feet and saw me sittinf there, he said hey, when did you get here. Lol. Took my daughter for the first time today and she came out saying great customer service. She's 10.
