Today was the 3rd visit our 21-month old daughter has had with Pediatric Dentistry of Catskill for routine/preventative care; she typically gets very scared in clinical settings, but we had an amazing Dental Hygenist today that was very patient and kind to our daughter. She even sang to her to help her to calm down! She really went out of her way to help my child have a better experience, and my husband and I were very grateful! We don't see much of the dentist on our visits as our daughter is primarily there for a basic cleaning and check-up, but he seems nice enough and is usually busy helping patients that have more complex dental needs.The ladies at reception are always very nice, too!

Great. They were able to schedule all three of my kids back to back for the same day. They were super friendly and made the kids feel comfortable

They took great care of my daughter. Dr Hansford did the general anesthesia and Dr Anthony did a great job on the teeth. Big thank you to Dr. Hansford he's was with me right through my daughter Recovery he make sure she is ok before I leave the build, we need more people like Dr Hansford. The staff was very much welcoming, thanks to Dr Anthony for keeping me update during the procedure that was done under general anesthesia.

great care for my son. The office is clean all the staff are sweet and Dr Hansford(anesthesia) and Dr Anthony (pediatric dentist) did excellent work

The worst with scheduling! Made an appointment they changed it .moved dates around. Got confused on a date because of all the switching they did. Missed an appointment, they refuse to reschedule.

It's terrible trying to get in when there's an emergency. My son has braces & the bracket fell off then the tubing came out leaving an exposed wire. Been calling the office all week only getting the answering machine. Left messages with no call back. Not the first time I've had an issue.

My two children (6 and 2 years old) went for the first time to the dentist last week and they were fantastic. My 6 year old needed 4 cavities taken care of. They got me in shortly after. We just left and it went perfectly. The staff and dentists were absolutely fantastic with him. I wish I got this kind of service when I went to the dentist! I am so beyond happy that they took over the previous dentist office that was there and will definitely be recommending them to everyone in the area!
