We been coming to this location for many years, and the drive has been worth it. However, the receptionist's attitude (Kristen) from the moment she answered the phone to the moment we walked in (was checked in by same person) was very arrogant and unfriendly. No a very welcoming/customer service environment.

We were originally referred for sedation from Main Street Dentistry a year ago. That sedation experience was great but we didn't yet make the transfer due to insurance coverage. When we were referred a second time for sedation, I was dreading cost, but they recommended to try laughing gas as my daughter was older. Dr. Vanderbosch was AMAZING! She showed my daughter every tool, talked her through every step of the procedure, and even made her laugh! My daughter was so comfortable and breezed through 2 fillings. Although she was older, I'm confident that the atmosphere, experience, and the staff is what eased her anxiety. If you're looking for a great office for your little ones who have anxiety like mine, 10/10 recommend! Safe to say we won't be going back to Main Street Dental :)

The dentist at this location are excellent. However the receptionist are not. They are very very rude and do not exhibit the kind of behavior someone in customer service should. They need to work.

My 5 year old had an appointment this week at Pediatric dentistry of Bonita, and I am very pleased with how it went. The office is clean, and inviting (I love the safari animal theme) and the staff were so helpful & kind. Dr. Eastham, along with her assistant, we're so calming & reassuring. The whole experience was excellent, from start to finish. I appreciate their professionalism, and that "going above and beyond" feeling I got from everyone. We will be back for future appointments!

My daughters tooth was drilled into without a numbing injection. When she raised her hand because of pain Dr. Taylor told her to put her hand down. When she started crying Dr. Taylor then gave her a temporary filling and said sedation is the only option and sent her home. Only after I called (as I was working and didn't bring her to the appointment) for clarification on why she wasn't properly numbed did Dr. Taylor give the option to try again with a numbing injection; telling me that my daughter didn't feel pain when the contrary was being communicated by my daughter. Why didn't Dr. Taylor fully numb her for the pain? Why was the procedure terminated before those steps were taken? Dr. Taylor was very impatient and lacked communication.

Amazing team! I accidentally showed up at the wrong time and they were able to fit me in! They made my 3 yr old daughter feel amazing and helped show her how to to clean her teeth, even the "hidden spots" in the back. Will be returning and recommending every chance I get!

After taking my five year old very scared son, to a number of supposedly the area's "top rated" pediatric dentists, I found the amazing and beautiful Dr. Erin Taylor. My son, had to have a few extractions under sedation, due to his being highly anxious about dentists, and he was not treated with care concern or love. (As one would assume would be the case when dealing with any pediatric business). Upon meeting Dr, Taylor the first time, I knew she was the one. Her mannerisms with my son, her care and love for him, the way she treated him like her own child.. her in depth way of explaining everything to me.. it was all amazing. My son is now resting peacefully after a day of having four teeth extracted and two stainless steel caps placed by Dr. Taylor. She came into the waiting room to sit with us, make me feel at ease, explain everything she was going to do, and gave me a big hug. Not to mention, the amazing anesthesiologist, Dr. Shepard called me the evening prior and made me feel completely at ease. His way with my son was perfect and he didn't even appear to be scared. He fell asleep in my arms, and Dr Sheppard carried him back. I received constant feedback on how he was doing.. and when it was all done, they were loving caring and educational Anna, the wonderful receptionist, carried my bags to the car for me as I held my still sedated slightly son.. Overall, I would recommend this dental group to anyone with children. They care, they love and they treat your child like their own. I am so blessed to have found Dr Taylor and I can't wait to bring our other son to meet her soon. What an amazing staff and practice. If you have a child who needs any dental work.. you won't be sorry. I'm one happy mama.

I was quoted a rate of $200 to have a child's chipped tooth repaired and was then charged $550. When called to inquire about the increased charge, the office manager told me it was my own fault (even though the office staff produced the wrong insurance codes to verify coverage) and sent the invoice to collections without the invoice being past due. Now the office won't return my calls and I have collections trying to collect their service fee even though the bill was paid on time. The office manager is spiteful and vindictive, without cause. The dentists need to know how this woman is representing their business and treating families. .

My son was referred here for treatment from Main Street Dental. We live a solid 30 mins away from Bonita but we feel it is worth the drive to know our children are taken care of by Dental staff we trust. The staff/front desk are so kind and we consistently receive outstanding, efficient, professional service. We greatly appreciate the Dr's and staff. We will continue to refer parents to the practice. Thank you to your team!

Nicest pediatric dentist we have ever been to. Everyone was so good to us. No surprise charges at the end and they were extremely thorough. Even my kids commented how much more they like them than our previous dentist. I can not think of a single bad thing to say about our experience.

I don't remember the lady on the phones name but it was on April 30, 2020 around 2:40 and she was very helpful. I'm the 19 year old that didn't know a lot about Staywell but she helped me better than other people and I finally got my answers! She made my day:) thank you

I NEVER do this but.... We visited the Bonita office last week for my sons first visit and let me tell you I couldn't be more thrilled with this office and their staff!! Dentist visits are always hard for him because of his sensory issues ( we usually have to do weighted blankets, lights off etc etc) But because of Dr Taylor, her amazing staff and of course (His favorite) their Therapy dog Ellie, My son was able to finish what should have been 3 small trips in just ONE day so he could keep petting Ellie! Dr Taylor connected with him in a way I haven't seen anyone do in a long time!!! & Ellie made all the difference! I cried I was so happy!!! If you haven't visited Pediatric Dentistry of Bonita GO!!
