I don't typically leave reviews, but after multiple great experiences I wanted to support the business. I wish I knew everyone's name, because we've experienced incredible friendliness from everyone. We especially love the Hygienist Abby! I have never felt pressured to do something I wasn't sure about. We also recently had to go for an Ortho consult and a cavity filling. The way the dentist made my son feel comfortable during an obviously nervous experience was nothing short of fantastic. The office is visibly outdated, but I can overlook shiney bells and whistles for fantastic care. The exam rooms have TVs which is really all my son cares about. They also never have extreme wait times, for scheduling or in the office. Overall we love this this dentist office!

Got a new patient appointment in less than a week! Staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating for my son who is on the spectrum. This place was outstanding best Dental experience I've ever had. Highly recommend!!!

this dentist office has never provided my son with any real service every time I go there they tell me my son is too young and to take him somewhere else even in the event of an emergency the doctor wouldn't use laughing gas to pull my sons to I had to go to a completely different dentist in order for them to do the same thing I was asking my son's primary dentist this place may just be racist there have been plenty of times when my son was the first one in and last one to be serviced they've never even given him a cleaning every time I go there they just look at his teeth and tell me to take him somewhere else if you want actual service go somewhere else by the way my son is three years old this is supposed to be a pediatric dentist

My children have been coming here for about 3 years. The hygienists and dentists are wonderful! However, the front desk receptionist/office manager is very unpleasant. She has a stank attitude which is a real turn off. Everyone else is great!

I went to get appointment but they told me they can't gave appointment. I don't understand this place if you not help the patient than why you open this place.

the care was great but the the front desk attitudes need to change .. my daughter has anxiety n she felt comfortable with the dentist now to relocate and start all over so she feels the same isnt easy . not happy at all she deserves better..

It's a terrible place. I will never go there. They told me it would cost 9000$, the same treatment cost 2500$ in Adirondack Orthodontics.

Incredibly rude staff answering phones! This is your first representation to your patients. I would strongly consider new staff that aren't so utterly obnoxious to represent your practice. You just lost 5 patients because of it.

I am extremely disappointed right now. I scheduled my son for 9:00 am and I received a message reminder that my son's appointment is at 8:00 am. I am sure that when I scheduled my appointment I said I want a 9:00 am because I get out of work at 7:30 am and I repeated and confirmed the details of my son's appointment before I ended the call.

July 23 2021 Today was our first visit at this Dentist. I was going to have my daughter go to my dentist but I figured I would try out a new place. The first impression was the lack of signage for the parking area but we figured it out. The second impression was the uncleanliness of the stairs going into the office. The staff member at the reception desk seemed overwhelmed by the number of patients that were in the office but was friendly enough. We were charged for services before we were seen and had to have an adjustment when our daughter did not get an x-ray. I understand the need to pay for services but in my mind it would have made more sense to be charged after Services were rendered. They promptly adjusted the ledger so we will just have to watch our bank account. Once I brought up the concern about the charge they were very prompt in resolving the issue so I appreciated that.The dental staff were incredibly friendly and made our daughter comfortable on her first dentist visit. They used frequent positive reinforcement to get her to engage and feel comfortable opening her mouth. I love how the dental hygienist asked permission to connect with our daughter. That definitely built trust. Well I was waiting for the doctor to come in I noticed that the floors and the examination room were extremely filthy. This has to be corrected as it is a health code issue. I did notice the staff use hand sanitizer and put on gloves but I would have loved to see handwashing with soap and water seeing as we are in the middle of a pandemic. Not to mention that is standard medical practice. I would give five stars for the friendliness of the staff but due to the lack of cleanliness of the facility I had to give three stars. I agree with the other reviews I read that said this place has friendly people. I would consider having my daughter return if there are major deep cleaning initiatives undertaken.

My daughter loves Pediatric Dentistry of Albany. Everyone there is so helpful and friendly. She's been going for braces for about a year and a half now and I recommend them to everyone I know who has kids. Top notch, five stars!

This is the nicest group of doctors and hygienists! I am very impressed. The office isn't super fancy, but they have all the equipment they need and are professional. They are great with kids.

Very kid friendly understanding staff. The office has a positive atmosphere and they're always super nice to my kids. My kids also love that they come away with new toothbrushes and balloons

My granddaughter had her teeth cleaned today. She was happy that it didn't hurt, but not happy that they found 2 cavities! This is a good practice.
