My children have been seeing this dentist for about 6 or 7 years. The staff is very unprofessional and rude. The office manager will not give you a call back. My children was scheduled when they was taking the Georgia milestone and no one from this office called me back to reschedule. It's been four months and no one from this office returned my called. I will never recommend this office to anyone.

My 3 year old was terrified of the dentist after a horrible experience at another dental office. The staff was so patient with her and talked to her the entire time, letting her know what they would be doing and demonstrated everything before they did it to her. Dr Pope Ozimba was amazing with her as well. Overall we had an excellent experience and look forward to future appointments with Dr Pope Ozimba and her staff.

Took my grandkids here and they were rude. Kids in the backroom crying and the dentist is rude to them. They told my grandkids they had to come back by themselves which made them panic and start crying so we left!!! Have never taken them back to this so called kid friendly dentist!!!

I have used this dentist for a while. But the wait time is ridiculous. My child had an appointment and it took over an hour to be seen. I don't even think the doctor was in at the time her appointment time. That was my last visit. It should not take that long to be seen. Why schedule an appointment, if you can't stick with the schedule.

Some Staff members are rude...kid friendly yes...not a long wait time a plus..tho when a concern parent like myself ask question about treatments and whatnot they look and speak to u like an imbecile...so rude..

BOTH of my very well behaved children had a terrible experience! I was told that the 9 year old was "all over the place" and my 14 year old was "too Anxious" turns out they were in HORRIBLE PAIN ! Nope never again. The looks on my babies faces said enough!

Staff members are very rude and rush kids around. They were not friendly and were not helpful with appointment times. We waited 25 minutes for someone to look in my child's mouth and tell me I'd have to make another appointment

Terrible service nasty attitude people I'm never taking my kids back there again. My daughter told me when she came from the back from getting her teeth cleaned the staff member was rude and mean to her. I contacted the office about the situation and the reception told me that the office manager would contact me about the issue and she never did call me.

My kids have been there before in the past and it was an okay experience. Then on the last time we went the rules had changed. I was told that no parents could come to the back not at all.The staff is not friendly at all and didn't make my children feel comfortable at all. My 16 year old who was in the back getting service as well said that the staff was very dry and Stern with all the little kids. Then I was charged a extra fee (that no insurance payes )because my child was nervous and annoyed by the service he was getting. I just don't understand how you can be a children's dentist but charge an fee for children acting like children at a dentist.

Was told since I am in a wheelchair I could not stay with my 5 year old granddaughter during treatment!!!!
