I wish the doctor and the nurses handled my daughter with better care while pulling out her teeth. I know its a painful process. If the kid is nervous about it, sweating, crying and says the experience was horrible enough that she is not going to do it again, then there is something missing. Blaming the child as nervous, keeping the parents away (giving a feeling of being taken care of and comforted but actually not) and just saying.. "lets try the laughing gas next time" is not gonna help. The doctor should have talked to us about what options are available to lessen the pain, past experiences etc. It just looked like they got us in .. pulled a few tooth and blamed it on the child being nervous.

The staff was friendly and the dentist was very patient with my daughter. I really appreciated that they understood some kids have a lot of anxiety around going to the dentist.

This was my 3rd visit with Dr. Dulli for my daughter, she was scheduled for 2 teeth extractions and 1 cavity, my daughter gets very anxious with any medical office so we were offered Nitrous Oxide and then they would do the injected anesthesia. They called my daughter back and was told only the patient would go back to the room, I felt uneasy and asked if I could be back there, was told by one of the dental hygienist that they do not allow parents in the back but she would let the dentist know, Dr Dulli came out and I was informed my daughter was fine and that I couldn't go back with her, he mentioned "well do you go back in the room when a patient is having surgery", I told him I would still prefer to be back there as this was not a major surgery with nurses, doctors and anesthesiologist, reluctantly he took me back to the room and said see she is fine, but you can't stay here. I told him due to the gas they were administering and my daughter's feelings I would be back there or I would leave, Dr Dulli then said fine but you have to be quiet and not talk to her. At that point I took my daughter and walked out. Once in the car my Daughter informed me that Dr Dulli had mentioned to the Dental Hygienist "there is a Karen out there", so many lines of professionalism were crossed. They tried to apologize stating there was a miscommunication and that nothing was done intentional, I accepted their apology but will not be returning.

We have been to three pediatric dentists since moving to Naperville and we have found a great fit, finally. The team here was kind, gentle and showed care for my children. Overall we had a great experience.

Dr. Dulli and staff are very friendly and welcoming. They helped our daughter to feel at ease for her visits. She needed a lot of dental work done (crowns), and Dr. Dulli was able to take care of her under general anesthesia at Silver Cross Hospital in New Lenox. It all went smoothly and we are very happy and appreciate the excellent job he did!

It was our first visit. My daughter was really scared due to her past experience with dentists, but Dr.Dulli and his team ensured she was comfortable and answered all her questions patiently. Appreciate it. Hopefully the recommended treatments workout well and her teeth get healthier. Thanks Dr.Dulli and team!

I was referred to Pediatric Dentistry Consultants for my son who has special needs because his regular dentist had misinformation that they offered in office oral sedation. Our appointment was for 1:30, we get there early and fill it out the paperwork that had been left out (no one at the desk). After 8 minutes I call out down the hall to see if anyone is there, my son is melting down because he knows where we are (hence need for sedation). A woman comes out and tells me she's with a patient and so is Dr. Dulli and whoever is done first will come get us. At 1:50 the Dr walks in from the outside with GROCERY bags. So clearly I was lied to. We don't get back to the room til 2:00 so my son has had a half an hour to work himself into a panic attack. He then tells me they don't do in office oral sedation anymore but says he'll try and look in my sons mouth. He asks my son for a high five and GRABS him to look in his mouth and tells me to grab his legs. After a few seconds I yell to stop this is exactly the trauma we are trying to avoid. At this point my I am almost in tears and he asks if I want to book hospital sedation. I am not confrontational at all and don't get upset easily so the fact that I was in tears when I left speaks for itself. I let him know this was one of the worst experiences I've had. From start to finish unprofessional. Also the room looked like it twas last cleaned in 1995.

Love this office. My kids are new patients and I couldn't be happier. The staff is great with kids especially my 3 year old. When my older child needed an extraction, they were excellent with her care. They were also great with my 8 year old. Highly recommended!

We have been going to Dr. Dulli's office since moving to the area 4 years ago. My children have alway been treated with gentleness and great care. The staff is always pleasant and accommodating. I have recommended this dentistry office to several friends. One of my children (2.5 years old at the time) was a little apprehensive about going to the dentist, but the hygienest was so gentle and understanding, they never forced her to do anything she was afraid of and worked around her fears. The next check up, six months later, she willing sat down and had a complete cleaning without any resistance. I know that her first experience was met with tender care and she felt completely at ease the following visit. I have nothing but praise for Dr. Dulli. He is very thorough, answers all my questions, and makes the kids feel so welcomed.
