Nice place for kids. My child has been seen by the dentist here for the past 5 years and she never had any discomfort during any visit. The staff are very friendly and kind. There was never a greater than 5 minute wait time to be seen. There is Plenty of parking available. They allow parents to stay with kids if needed.

Very very disappointed at the way they treated my daughter who has high anxiety. Very little to no patience. For a dentist who claims to be experienced in pediatrics dentistry has very little patience. In no way is it acceptable for a dentist or staff to hold a child down. Im disgusted at Dr Jarosz unprofessionalism and Blaming my daughter for something that is out of her control..no wonder now the parents are told to stay in waiting room because it would not have gone down like that if I was in the room. Period!!

My 7 year old son with autism is a patient here. There was no hesitation with the staff to take him on as a patient, the dentists are patient and kind to both myself and my son, the front desk is personable, polite, and always helpful with any questions I have. As a mother of a child with special needs, I highly recommend Pediatric Dentistry in Concord.

Great place for kids filling and regular cleanings. They make sure you understand exactly what insurance will and will not cover. They have extended hours (don't need to skip school/work) AND they often get you in quickly - not just in emergencies.

My kids have gone there for several years now and everything was fine, but one day my daughter tripped, fell, and smashed both of her front teeth. It was horrifying, but I called the office, and they saw her immediately, made her feel at ease, and were able to put caps on both teeth that afternoon without her losing the teeth. I was so happy with their great handling of the situation, I am a huge fan now.

I am absolutely unsatisfied with their attitude. My daughter was their patient for several years, and it just happened that for several months the level of dental insurance went down. So I got 2 numbers: what my insurance would pay and what they wanted me to pay because insurance denied that claim. I understand that these numbers could be different, and I got similar situation with other dental providers. But they were 50% different, and Pediatric Dentistry was the only provider that after my request refused to do any adjustments (other dentists agreed on similar adjustments instantly, with smiles and the words: "Of course, sorry for the trouble!"). Another problem: they added things that were not covered by insurance and that were not necessary at all (nitrogen) - so they were able to charge me in full using their own prices! I understand that dentistry is a business, but I cannot understand when companies like that try to squeeze from you additional relatively small amounts (like tens of dollars!)...
