When not treating patients in his office, Dr. Josh is an internationally recognized speaker and clinical instructor. He is an in-demand educator for modern and progressive restorative techniques using esthetic, tooth-colored fillings, and various other dental-related topics. As an adjunct faculty member for the prestigious Bioclear Learning Center, he trains other dentists both in the United States and Canada via lecture and hands-on seminars. He has been invited to present to thousands of general and pediatric dentists in both the university and private practice settings.

Dr. Josh is often called upon by his medical and dental colleagues for second opinions regarding dental treatment for children, teens, and young adults. He values a team approach with a patients medical doctors, especially for children with special needs.

He prides himself on always being available for emergencies for his patients or advice for parents. Dr. Josh retains hospital privileges at ValleyCare/Stanford Healthcare in the Department of Surgery. Additionally, he is a certified examiner for conscious sedation for the Dental Board of California.

He is a Diplomat of the American Board Pediatric Dentistry and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. He is a graduate of the University of the Pacific with a B.S. in Biological Sciences and a D.D.S. (Doctor of Dental Surgery). Following dental school, Dr. Josh completed an additional 2-year specialty residency in pediatrics at the University of Texas Dental Branch Houston, located in the largest medical center in the world.

Dr. Remya completed her bachelors in dental surgery in 2004 from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences in Mysore, India. She immigrated to the U.S in 2005 and spent the next three years participating in various voluntary initiatives to educate school children about the importance of dental hygiene.

Dr. Remya entered the International Dentist Program at UCSF in the fall of 2009 and graduated in the summer of 2011. Upon graduation, she worked in the central valley of California in various federally qualified dental clinics. During the course of her work here, she found her calling in treating pediatric patients in the underserved communities. Her decision to pursue a specialization in pediatric dentistry was born out of the various interactions with her patients in these communities. Her dream came true when she was accepted into Pediatric residency program at the prestigious UCSF School of Dentistry, San Francisco.

Her goal is to make her patients feel at ease and give them a memorable dental experience. Her favorite part of being a pediatric dentist is making everlasting relationships with young children and having a positive impact in their lives.

We welcomed Cathie with open arms in 2001 after she had spent seven years in the field. In addition to chairside patient care, Cathie promotes optimal oral health in our community by visiting local preschools with our doctors and spearheading our public relations efforts.

Cathy joined us in June 2020 and is excited to continue her love for pediatric dentistry with our office. She started her dental career in 1985 and is a huge asset to our team with her knowledge and experience! Cathy enjoys teaching children proper hygiene techniques that will last for a lifetime and createa confident, healthy smile. She lives in Brentwood with her dog, Sierra, and enjoys hiking and camping. She has two grown sons who visit her often and enjoy going on adventures together.

CeCe joined our team after 19 years of service in the dental field. Her favorite part of any given day is having the opportunity to use her skills and expertise while working with children. For CeCe, it is very rewarding to go home knowing she has helped so many kids throughout the day.

In her spare time, Cindy likes spending time with her husband and two children, as well as playing with her dogs, Kira and Kali. She also enjoys gardening, being with family and friends, and hosting parties at her Livermore home.

We were so excited to have Corie join us in 2021 as she brought 11 years of dental experience with her and a great background that includesworking with children in the dental field. Corieteaches children ways to keep their teeth clean and introduces them tohealthy habits for a healthy, lifelong smile. Her goal with every patient is to elimiate any fear they may have of coming to the Dentist.

Corie has thrived at our office and her favorite part is working with the doctors who truly make her feel like part of a family and provide her with incredible support. When she is not doing what she loves for work, Corie spends her free time with her 2 sons and 5 fur babies. You can also ask her about her favorite movies to watch and books to read!

Emily loves restoring teeth back to health and that's exactly what she's been doingin our office sine 2020! As a restorative dentistry assistant, Emily is able to perform various treatments to help your child's teeth such as placing fillings and cementing appliances. Her dental career began back in 1995 and she continues to be passionate about caring for teeth! Emily loves the excitement that our doctors bring to the office and the way they are constantly looking to improve. Emily is married and has 4 children and one grandchild! She loves spending time with them and is very grateful for her wonderful life!

Hannah joined our team in 2020 as she started her dental career. We are excited to watch her grow and apply all that she has learned to making our patients feel safe and taken care of! You will usually see Hannah sitting chairside during restorative treatments assisting the doctors. Hannah absolutely loves working with the patients and helping create healthy smiles! She loves learning new things ad watching the doctors do what they love!

Kjerstin originally joined our team in 2009, and after a hiatus, re-joined the office in 2012! She loves working with children and making sure they are comfortable and happy. She is very proud to work with such awesome dentists as Drs. Josh and Remya, and trusts in their commitment to makeeach trip to the dentist as pleasant as possible.

At home, Kjerstin has three energetic children who keep her very busy with sports and activities. When she finds time, she enjoys arts and crafts, as well as outdoor activities like hiking and jogging.

Jodie has been working as an RDA for at least half a dozenyears. Working with children puts a smile on her face every day. Jodie is dedicated to helping all our patients have a great experience at the dentist. She is excited to provide excellent care to our family of patients. We are lucky to have Jodie in charge of the clinical team!

When Jodie isnt caring for children, she enjoys traveling with her husband to many places. A favorite spot is their family cabin in Tahoe. Jodie has a long-hairedChihuahua named Chloe who keeps her very entertained.

Lindsey has been with the office for over a decade and loves that we get to impact so many lives by creating a friendly and safe environment for all of our patients. Lindsey works behind the scenes to keep the office organized and compliant. She manages the day to day office needs and enjoys leadingour marketing efforts and developing new strategies to make our office fun!

In 2019 we were fortunate to add Samantha to our incredible team! With 6 years of experience prior, she jumped right in and has made our patients feel safe and comfortable! From the moment she brings your child through the waiting room door, they will be in great hands! Samantha loves working with children and helping them overcome their fears while promoting good oral hygiene habits to last a lifetime!

Shelby joined our team in 2020 and thrives off working with the unique personalities she encounters every day with our wonderful patients!She loves how committed our doctors are to making every patient visit fun and informative and successfully helping them create good oral health habits. Shelby makes each patient feel important and special.

Shelby recently got engaged and bought a house, so she is staying busy during this new chapter of her life! In her free time, she enjoys cruising the Delta, cheering on her favorite sports teams, the 49ers and Sharks, and morning Starbucks runs.
