Dr. Cynthia B. Couch graduated from the University of Kentucky College of Arts and Sciences and received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology in 1998. She then attended the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry where she received her DMD degree in 2003. Dr. Couch is a true 'WILDCAT'! After graduating from dental school, Dr. Couch built a new office in London, Kentucky and has been open since December 2004. Dr. Couch is a University of Kentucky Fellows, as well as a member of the American Dental Association and the Kentucky Dental Association. Dr. Couch 's main priority is delivering quality dental care that is affordable to all patients. Dr. Couch has taken a particular interest in cosmetic and implant dentistry, and continually undergoes training for herself and her staff on newer techniques, materials, equipment and software for her office to better serve her patients. Dr. Couch is a mother to 2 wonderful children and understands the importance of educating kids at a young age about oral health and hygiene. She enjoys reading, movies, spending time with family, traveling, shopping, and learning new things.
Cindy is a registered dental hygienist. Dr. Couch opened her office in December 2004 and Cindy has been with her ever since. Cindy graduated from Prestonsburg Community College in 2004 with her dental hygiene degree. Before becoming a dental hygienist, she graduated from Central Kentucky Technical College with her Certified Dental Assisting degree as well as Expanded Functions certificates and worked her way through college at another local dentist as an assistant. In 2006, she attended the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry to obtain her licensure in Block Infiltration Anesthesia and Nitrous Oxide Analgesia. Cindy also has an Associate degree in Arts and an Associate degree in Applied Science. She has attended numerous continuing education courses as well as being trained in Practice Management, Soft Tissue Management, and Advanced Straight Wire Orthodontics. Cindy serves as an advisor for oral health with Colgate. Cindy's main priority is educating her patients about their oral health and to deliver proper care. She prides herself in being a very thorough and a gentle hygienist. Cindy is a wonderful, dedicated person and an indispensable asset to our office. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, attending church, watching movies and reading books.
F.Y.I. Glenda is also a TRAVEL AGENT. She helps a lot of people on her lunch breaks, days off and weekends to schedule vacations all over the world. She is also a world class traveler. How fun is she!
Tammy joined the team of Dr. Cynthia Couch in early 2009. She has several years of dental experience and is committed to providing all patients with a beautiful smile. She is certified in Expanded Functions, Coronal Polishing and Radiographs all of which she received from the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry. Tammy has also attended several continuing education courses permitting her to perform a variety of clinical tasks. Recently, our office acquired a CAD/CAM system for making same day crowns. Tammy has been trained on this new system by attending Planmecca University in Dallas, TX and completed her training for our Planmecca Scanner, Romexis software, and E4D planmill. Tammy is a very talented dental assistant and is continually learning new things. She has an eye for esthetics. She is compassionate and understanding with patients undergoing treatment. Her diligence, dedication and dependability make her a vital part of our team. Tammy is a mother, wife, and all around fun loving person. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, shopping, and attending sporting events with her children.
Tiffany joined the team of Dr. Cynthia Couch in 2009. She started out as a co-op high school student, that blossomed at our office. She has become certified in Expanded Functions, Coronal Polishing and Radiographs. She has also taken classes for Soft Tissue Management and Practice Management. Tiffany, like Tammy, has an eye for esthetics and this makes her a vital member of our team. Tiffany has also attended several continuing education courses permitting her to perform a variety of clinical tasks and continuouslylearns new things.
