Had the WORST experience with this Clinic. I will not be returning back ever again nor do I recommend. First they cancel my appointment because they "couldn't reach me" via the phone or text and they said they called 4 times.... I had no records or missed calls nor text messages and I usually get calls and text from my other dentist so not sure if the front desk is even doing their job properly. Because of this I went to work and my daughter went to school. Then they call day off to ask me to come in after they just cancel our appointment. They're very rude at the front desk and interrupt while you're speaking. When dealing with the doctor there they didn't even tell me what happened in the room since they told me to step out. It wasn't till I stop the doctor to explain what she just did with my daughter. I thought it's common sense and protocol to let the parents know what these doctors are doing with our kids. So unprofessional!! Never dealt with this type of unprofessionalism. Gave this clinic two chances and no more. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.... Never again though.
