I absolutely love Dr.Munal and so do my kids. Lately tho it's been really hard to get someone in the office to return phone calls or schedule appointments. I know they are busy but when you leave a msg a week ago and still haven't heard back and then call again and it goes right to voice-mail its frustrating.

Our kids love it at there! Everyone is friendly, calm and professional which makes going to the dentist a positive! I would recommend them to anyone with kids who are scared or hesitant to go. Parents stay in waiting area which allows the doctors to do their job.

This office is what is wrong with healthcare now days . Treating the consumer like they don't matter and the office acting like they are doing the consumer a favor when it shouldn't be that way . Dr Meredith is absolutely amazing and i hate giving a one star rating but her staff ruins the business . I'm a working parent of two and trying to get them to work with me for an appointment is a headache EVERY SINGLE TIME. They open at 7:50 for the first appointment and refuse to see my kid until after 9 am. I understand office policy and procedure but for them to request i take a day off work for a 30 minute appointment is absurd. They only see patients Monday thru Thursday and make it unbelievably hard for a parent who works office hours to get their child care . We picked this office because they open so early and unless my child needs major dental work they refuse to see him till after 9. Then when i complain enough act like they are doing me a favor by say they will see him just this one time. I'm not losing out on a whole day of work for an appointment that takes not even an hour of their time . They really need to work on office staffing and procedure .

I just have one word to describe this office... AMAZING!! My two year old needed a superficial cavity filled on her front tooth (Mostly cosmetic) and I was really worried about how it would go. During the first initial exam of it, Dr. Harris and Ashton made her so comfortable and even did a trial run in the chair with different tools touching her and doing things in her mouth. The child who hates me brushing her teeth sat with her mouth open and never moved a muscle, watching paw patrol the whole time and holding toys, laying on a pillow and covered with a blanket. She was excited to go back for the procedure and it went just as well. She says everyday she wants to go to the "dent-is" and watch paw patrol and play games. Love love LOVE this office !!

Very rude receptionist! Her first appointment went good everyone in the back was super kind. Today when I called to let them know I was on my way and would be just a few minutes late they refused to see her and want reschedule one month away just ridiculous! Got a call back from the office this morning I appreciate that. Like another post says, don't let the receptionists ruin your experience.

Dr. Harris and his office manager Tammy are awesome! Yes, we too had an issue with the receptionist working up front, but instead of letting it become a bigger issue, we told Dr. Harris about it, and received a follow up call later in the day from Tammy, his administrator. I trust leaving my son with the medical staff in the back; I feel like kids act better for strangers than they do for their own parents so this is probably why they do it that way. After they finished we got a detailed summary from Dr. Harris on what is good and what we need to work on with my 3 year old son. I do recommend going here, however if you happen to encounter a bossy lady up front that likes to treat parents in a condescending way, be sure to tell the Dr. or ask for Tammy as I'm sure they would like to make things right as they did for us!

I had to switch my children's dentist for the first time in their life. This office was recommended to me and I was excited to establish a new relationship with them...until this morning. We live about 40 minutes away. As we were about to walk out the door I got a phone call that my daughters insurance couldn't be verified. The same insurance we have had for 6+ years! The lady said I would have to get it taken care of or pay cash. When I told her how frustrated I was that I had made this appointment many weeks ago and was getting a phone call an hour before that I need to fix the problem, she said well it's not my fault that your information is wrong. What kind of customer service is that? Since the children had already missed school and I had taken off work for the day we headed that way hoping the issue could be resolved by the time we arrived. Well of course it couldn't. The office would not make any exception even though we've never in the six years we've had this insurance had this problem with any other doctors office, hospital, or pharmacy. Her birthday was simply wrong by four days. We've scheduled surgeries, etc. and never had a problem. Either this insurance lady is completely inept in the process of insurance validation or simply could care less about the best interest of their customers. I chose to leave and cancel my sons appointment as well. I am of course now being told that I will be charged for missing an appointment. What about my trouble, drive time, gas money, missed work.....Unbelievable. The first red flag should've been when I was told I had to print all of my own forms, which there are several, to complete and return to the office. They won't even print their own paperwork for you.

My daught has had several bad experiences with different dentists. We have tried several and her anxiety always gets the best of her. Today she had her first "get to know you" visit. The staff is amazing! They were able to get her into the chair and let them look at her teeth with no screaming or crying! This is such a big deal for us!!! She is so excited for her next visit!

Our four children have been seeing Dr. Harris since 2000. The quality of care that we have always received is exceptional. Thoughtful, kind, and patient, Dr. Harris has made sure that my children were treated with respect. The staff at Pediatric Dental Specialist is professional and well-trained. My children still love going to the dentist and thanks to the care and training they have had from Dr. Harris, they have beautiful teeth with no cavities! I would highly recommend this office , they are fantastic!

Took our payment in advance because they wouldn't set the appointment without payment. Then the day before call to say she is no longer on the schedule and was taken off before they even took our prepayment. Nightmare to get the money refunded. Then after admitting they messed us sent us a letter saying they will no longer be our provider. Well I didn't need a letter in the mail to tell you that. They also do not allow parents in the room while they work on your child. Highly sketchy place. Currently looking for a new dentist. Every person says the same thing they want to pull multiple teeth out. Seems unnecessary to me.

I've been taking my twins to Dr Meredith for a couple of years and can't imagine going anywhere else. Her enthusiasm and passion for children is extraordinary! She has made dentist appointments something my kids look forward to. Her patience and flexibility with both of my boys is remarkable. She certainly has a gift and we are blessed to be in her care.
