Highly impressed with the Albany office. The looks of the office is so inviting and kid friendly and allows it to not be the "scary dentist office." The staff was nothing short of amazing. My 6 year old daughter fell and broke one front tooth and chipped the other. The staff explained in detail about what they were going to do for my daughter. Knowing my daughter has had a traumatic experience prior, they kept that in mind. They walked my daughter through the entire process while they were doing the procedure. In terms she could understand. She was slightly sedated, but awake and alert. The staff was also tentative to mine and her step-fathers needs, as we were allowed in the room with her. Asking us how we were doing mid procedure. Assuring us everything was going well. The whole thing took about 10 minutes and the final result was a beautiful, fixed smile! No more broken or chipped front teeth. They look phenomenal! A huge thank you to this office and staff for being so awesome! 10/10 recommend.

Terrible place to take your child! Have had problems with them for awhile, but today was it! Took my kids there 3 days ago for cleaning, no mention of any balance due or anything. Then today my daughter goes back to get two teeth pulled, for an appointment we set up way back in July. (Because that was soonest appointment they had was October). Go there today and was told we had a balance of $140 and if didn't pay right then they were going to cancel the appointment. So whatever paid that cause we couldn't wait a another few months for another appointment! Then they took my daughter back. Never gave her any meds to put her out this time, just stuck her with novocaine waited four minutes and without testing pulled her teeth out. She was screaming in pain crying. They had nerve to yell at her and tell her to put her hands down. I will never bring my kids to this place again! My daughter is now terrified to go back! Terrible place can't believe it is a "pediatric" place the torture children!

Pediatric dental group is awesome. My son is autistic and everyone is so patient and great with him especially Carolyn. She is great!

Dr. Sani is the best pediatric dentist around! My son is 19 and has been going to him since he was 3 or 4 I believe. My son is extremely anxious when it comes to dealing with needles and he has never once had a bad experience with Dr. Sani. He takes his time and explains every thing. He talks to the patient, not at them or just to their parent. 5 stars are seriously not enough!

This practice is consistently excellent; this is the only place I will take my children, ages 4 and 6, to for their dental cleanings. Dr. Sani is always so patient and kind, and is equally good with my active 6 yo and my 4 yo with special needs.

This place unfortunately has gone down hill in the last few years. When COVID hit, obviously making appointments was a difficulty for most. I have three children with my oldest being 16 and they WERE patients there until this past spring. We had an emergency and in the middle of COVID. No one at this office returned our call so we ended up at Oak Tree Dentistry. We were very happy with the outcome but continued to go to Pediatric Dental Group. That brings us to this past fall when all three kids had cleanings. My 6 year old had x-rays done and I was told everything looked good. Receptionists were rude, the hygienists were even worse. Complaining and nagging as they always do about my 16 year old. Mind you she is Autistic and we do all wrong can and she has NEVER had a cavity. Spring 2022, I took my kids to Oak Tree for their 6 Mos cleaning. They were amazing. However, they tried for x-rays on my 6 year old and were unsuccessful so they pulled out the previous scans from the other office. MY SON NEEDED 8 CROWNS. luckily baby teeth, but he needed them and Dr. Lewis showed me everything. They were clearly not issues that came up within 6 Mos. This could have been avoided. To me, his mouth appeared okay To Pediatric Dental Group, they wanted to line their pockets. When I called them, I was rudely spoken to by the "owners wife" as I was told...and then asked if I "flossed" for my child because they were flossing cavities and it was basically my fault. I was DISGUSTED. Dr. Sani later called offering to cover all expenses if we came back there and had the work done there. For us it wasn't about the money, it was the level of care. So NO we did not go back there. If you like fast food and want that for your children's Dental care, to be shuffled in like cattle, by all means enjoy your time there. But I would urge you to ask to have the x-rays viewed and reviewed with someone. I wish I had done this myself. This would have saved my poor child from having to be put under, and scared. This place is terrible, plain and simple.

My daughter is 1 years old and this dentistry was amazing with her they took their time and really examined her teeth very patient!! 100% recommend!!!!

My kids have been going to this practice for many years. Always sweet and caring with them every time. My son had some issues with his teeth due to improper brushing. He was scared to go thinking he would be in trouble. All of the staff made him realize that we can't be perfect and reassured him they could fix the issue. They taught him how to improve his brushing but never made him feel ashamed.

As a dental hygienist myself, the room we were put in was absolutely disgusting, from floor to sink, how do you think placing us in a filthy room is acceptable, or make me think the rest of your office is maintained properly?!!! The room wasn't set up and we had to wait for the hygienist to chase supplies down, this place has gone way down hill since our first visit. This hygienist scaled 4 teeth, 2 minutes and then was polishing!! Don't count on me coming back!!!

I was treated by Dr. Molly for a painful tooth with an old filling. She did a fantastic job for me. She was very patient with me and took great care to do a quality job. Highly recommended!

My oldest has gone here 14 years and has perfect teeth never had a cavity. He's had a baby tooth removed before. They're great. And not to mention the beautiful office they have with amazing artwork. My 10 year old goes here too and has needed more work than my 14 on his baby teeth. Glad his adult teeth are coming in. Hopefully healthier than his baby teeth.

Dr Chris and his staff are phenomenal. They move quickly, are comforting and kind. My 6yo was very nervous for her procedure there before it began but felt completely at ease during it. I can not say enough great things about the incredible job they did!

We absolutely love this office!! Our son is on the autism spectrum and I have to say the staff is absolutely great! We love Holly our son's dental hygienist! She is super patient and extremely kind!!! Highly recommend this office!!
