(Original) Por mi parte compartiendo por aqui una historia de lo q me esta pasando con mis 2 hijos en esta clinica , q por mucho tiempo los estuve atendiendo en la localizacion de Coral Gables, tanto en la parte dental como en la de ortodoncia, decirles q no recomiendo estas clinicas dentales con este nombre porq han cambiado tanto de trabajadores q cada ves ponen a alguien peor , han cambiado la clinica de sitio y no han sido capas ni siquiera de dejarles saber a sus pacientes mediante un simple texto con la nueva localizacion ,para q los mismos puedan llegar a su cita , el dia de hoy e recorrido tres lugares para poder dar con el lugar ,para reclamar el porq no se me habia dejado saber del cambio, porq mis hijos y yo estabamos esperando por q abrieran el sitio desde temprano donde usualmente mes a mes vamos ,sitio q nunca abriria porq ya no estaba alli , en fin trate de contactar a alguien como un supervisor y por su puesto no me pudo atender , nadie me pudo explicar porq yo siendo paciente por tanto tiempo no sabia q ya no estaban en esa localizacion, pedi los record de mis hijos para llevarmelos de su clinica y resulta q tengo q esperar a q me los envien , q estoy en espera de ellos vamos a ver hasta cuando ,en fin lo unico q vale la pena de alli es el equipo de chicas y chicos q trabajan por la parte de ortodoncia q es lo unico q me doleria perder , porq por mi parte si no quieren perder su tiempo y dinero no se paren alli , eso es un desastre nadie sabe de nada y nunca se sabe quien es el q hace el mal trabajo ,pero para mi comienzo por el dueno q no trata de mantener un orden entre sus trabajadores !

Tengo a mis dos hijas yendo alli y mientras los ninos no se quejen no lloren lo atienden sin problemas sino literalmente te hacen perder el tiempo porque no saben tratar con ninos. Y les di no una oportunidad si no 2 y fatal. La primera habia que sacarle un diente a la nina no tenian el aire que usan para medio sedarlos y hacer la extraccion. Luego en otra oportunidad tenia cita para otra extracion y una carie a lo que ignoraron la cita alegando que la nina tenia comportamiento y que no se dejaria, les volvi a recordar la condicion de la nina a lo que me mandaron la llevara al medico a que le dieran medicina o me ofrecieron Amarrarla!!!! A lo que les dije como se les ocurre! Se les olvidan que tratan con ninos ! Les falta paciencia para trabajar con ninos a aparte de tacto para manejar las situaciones porque nunca me llamaron a cancelar la cita ellos lo hicieron por si solos porque no sabian como manejar la situacion con una nina con condicion y eso es totalmente discriminatorio!

What's very frustrating and annoying about this office is they rarely answer the phone I guess because they have two phone numbers and one is a google number idk, always overcrowded because they book so many ppl. It's always packed like a can of sardines in the small waiting area. Not only that, they have this so called automatic appointments they make for you. Never was I made aware of that. Every time I received a call about an appointment made I told them I would call on my own to make an appointment. I get that's a nice strategy to get constant business by booking automatically. Then to have you waiting hours because of all the people that's booked for the same hour you are. I do not recommend

Wait times are RIDICULOUS! Staff is ok; orthodontist is good! Always very long wait times. Appointment took over 2 hrs when actual work done took 30 mins

Always had a great experience my son is autistic and they really understand my child as an individual my son has had oral surgery at Miami childrens I wouldn't change them for the world so much so that now my grandson also gets his dental work there the staff and all personnel are very friendly and caring you guys at Pediatric dental center of Biscayne Are great really thank you and appreciate you for the years of service to my now teen son you guys are the best

If I could give 0 stars I would. I scheduled an appointment for my daughter. When scheduling, they told me the location I wanted to go to didn't accept my insurance. They told me the Biscayne location does take my insurance and scheduled the appointment. Let's be clear! I gave them the insurance information. Fast forward to my appointment day, I get there and the Office Manager, whom she say her name is Luz told me the Dr that was there does not accept my insurance. My only options were to pay $102 to be seen (even though I have insurance) or reschedule the appointment. I eventually agreed to be rescheduled. She then told me the only Dr who does take PPO insurance will not be in for the rest of the month. She does not have access to his schedule to make the appointment now. So I would have to wait until next month to make an appointment. I decided that I would take my daughter somewhere else because this experience was very unprofessional. I would hate for a "mistake" to happen while they care for my child.
