Unfortunately My 3 year old daughter gave the dentist a hard time for her first visit. Nevertheless, The staff was so kind and found a way that was more comfortable to examine my daughter. Pediatric Dental Center went above and beyond my expectations. I will definitely recommend them to any and everyone with small children.

Our first time going was Oct 26th 22. Upon making the appointment I wasn't told that 1. We had to wear masks still. 2. My child would have to go into the back without me. And I didn't like.. 3. They kept pushing for me to do a cleaning. (He has a toothache, I want to address that issue first.) He hasn't really experienced a dentist without me and was physically upset. (They didn't seem to care.) He was brave and went. After he said he really liked the dentist. He went on to say she was really nice and asked him all about his teeth. She even briefly came out to speak to me regarding some of his "info" that I provided. Wish I could have spoken to her a little more but the assistant was super sweet, very informative and respectful. He was very happy so that makes me happy and we look forward to our return visit.

Dr. Anjalee Shah is a dental wizard! My (very skeptical and stubborn) 2 year old was in and out of her capable hands - inclusive of a dental exam, cleaning, and x-rays - in less than 10 minutes. A true dental ninja. The entire staff was extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly, reassuring, well-coordinated, and efficient. I cannot recommend Dr. Shah and her practice enough!

I thought the girls at this office had more compassion than what they showed my daughter. My daughter goes to Fraser High school and we came in one day after the tragedy that took place on 9/13. They asked my daughter a lot of questions about what happened and even called in other girls from other rooms. While she was under gas and had been numbed, they continued to ask her. Even when she was crying because she knew these boys, was good friends with several involved, and was still trying to understand at 14 years old, what the death of her friend meant. When the girl brought my daughter out to the car, she knew my daughter was crying and upset. She handed me my receipt and laughed. She didn't explain any work they did or how it went. They had absolutely no compassion for my daughter! I am disgusted by their behavior. Unprofessional to say the least. They make you stay in your car now a days. They say because of covid, but I've been to other offices who allow at least the mothers to come in. Is this why they keep us in our cars? So they can treat our children in any fashion they please? We are suppose to go back in 2 weeks for more treatment. I do not feel comfortable going back.

Absolutely love this dentist office. Doctors and staff are so friendly. We have been going there almost 14 years between my 2 girls and have never had an issue. Ms. Jen is amazing and my girls love the new dentist, Dr. Anjalee Shah!!!!

This office took very good care of my 4 kiddos as new patients. Emily at the front desk was awesome. The staff is very nice and both doctors helped me understand my kids' treatment. The doctors took their time explaining everything. Very grateful I found them.

I visited the place twice , did not feel welcome, were not professional especially that they do not allow the parent to be with the child (Covid policy which I understand and respect , but they can organize it in a different way and emphasize the importance of communication with parents ), My husband and I gave both of our numbers . You have to call the clinic before getting in as they will take the child only inside and you will be waiting in the car as you are not allowed inside. The assistant was very aggressive in dealing with me and my 5 year old son , she asked me why I did call from a different number from the one they have , though I have already updated it the previous visit. She made me wait in my car and when my son was done , she brought him out non attended and he ran while a car was pulling out at the same time and I got very scared and asked her why did'nt she hold his hand or pay attention to him , she told me "it is not my work and I told him to follow me and he did not listen, and you have been watching your mobile in the car"(he is 5 years old only)!!!!. She did not even updated me if the procedure was done or not . I did not know what happened inside . Very poor communication.

Be careful when taking your children here. Same work done at another dentist ended up only costing us 27$, here they wanted over 330$ to do the same work, same insurance same tools..... This office also makes you wait in the car, you cannot go back with your children. I was really hoping this place was better. I loved the front desk people tho and thankful for their help.
