If I could give them Zero stars I would. Horrible service and to top it off, they closed the office and moved unreasonably far with no warning and no other options. Not even Saturdays for a few months to ease the transition. I would not select this office again. We have to abandon the service mid steam. Horrible. Now they will surely send me a little note saying they are sorry for my experience and how can we make it better. Close your office. Put patients out if their misery.

The worst DENTAL FOR KIDS !!! If your late 5mins they won't see you . Meanwhile when your on time or early they leave you waiting hours for your appt . The main doctor is very rude to the kids . Very mean . And the women that walk around don't help anyone with anything . They over book appts and the waiting room is super small and always messing . People are sitting outside the office on the floor all through the hallway and each patient is taking about 2-3hours . When booking an appointment here you will be waiting forever and staff members are rude women who barley speak any English.

The appointment was on point no delay on waiting time and the Doctor is great took care of what I needed as soon I told her the issue with my son's braces. The only thing I wish they would open Saturdays at least for the Orthodontist appointment which it's hard for me to get them scheduled due to my work schedule and their business hours.

Took my four year old for routine cleaning at Pediatric Dental Center of Miami for the first time. Parking was easy, registration was great. However, once I went inside with my daughter, the dental hygienist was not very professional, seemed like she was not Pediatric certified. She lacked skills. Anyways, she proceeded to do dental X-ray with my assistance. After that the dentist saw my daughter and applied fluoride. That's when I questioned her as to why she was applying fluoride if she hadn't received her cleaning. She asked the hygienist I'd she did the cleaning, she replied no. Then the hygienist did a very poor job that was done in one minute. Awful experience. This was disappointing because it's another Pediatric dentist I'm not going to ever again.

Even though it was busy, My sons appointment was honored in a reasonable time. The front desk receptionists were attentive very courteous, The hygienist was caring and professional. The doctor was quick to check up the work the hygienist delivered and overall my son had a great experience at the dentist.
