Dr. Gurman is a Specialist in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics. He is skilled in early interceptive treatment, comprehensive orthodontic treatment for adults and children, surgical orthodontics, and growth modification. He is Invisalign Certified and passionate about orthodontics and creating esthetic and beautiful smiles for his patients. He is an excellent listener when it comes to his patients and works with them to provide the treatment results they desire, giving them the best options to achieve their dental goals. He can always be found going the extra mile for his patients.
Dr. Gurman graduated the University of Michigan with a degree in Neuroscience. He then attended the University of Maryland School of Dentistry, graduating Magna Cum Laude. He was awarded the Harry E. Kelsey Award, the Deans Research Award and the Academy of General Dentistry Senior Student Dental Award. He obtained a Master of Science in Orthodontics and Certificate of Orthodontics from the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Gurman is a member of the American Association of Orthodontics.

He also believes that its important to educate parents about their childs dental health and offer a variety of treatment methods which allow parents to make an educated decision about treatment.
Dr. Han is a member of theAmerican Academy of Pediatric Dentistry,American Dental Association, Virginia Dental Association, and Northern Virginia Dental Society. He graduated from the Medical College of Virginia and obtained his pediatric dental training at Childrens National Medical Center. He also served as faculty at the University Of Pennsylvania School Of Dentistry, Pediatric Department.
Dr. Hans mission is to provide a comfortable atmosphere for families while offering the best oral health care possible. He and his team are specially trained to help young, apprehensive children relax and enjoy their dental visits.

As. Dental office manager to another practice please be careful with this practice as they do not properly steralize their instruments meaning any Blood pathogens are not being removed and some dental assistants do no not have their xray certification meaning they do not know the proper radiation levels to administer to each child patient, also noticed some equipment would drop to the ground and not properly disposed or properly sanitized they just picked off the ground and proceeded with procedures if I could put no stars I would, definitely reporting office to Osha.

This place is worst ever i see in USA doctor and staff was not professional DR HAN VERY RUDE not child friendly. My daughter 8 years WE go there they put crowns on three teeth after few weeks crown was wiggling and gum start swelling we go back they give her antibiotic and make a new appointment next month antibiotic not work and my daughter bare pain for whole month after one month we come back to here they send us in a room we wait 30 min after that they give her oral sedative solution they band her and put nitro gas on her nose for sedative my daughter were start crying and'' DOCTER HAN'' refuse to see her he is not come out from his office and they staff kick out us from office PLEASE SAVE YOUR CHILDS FROM THIS OFFICE

Dr M and the team at Springfield is so wonderful! My 6 year old went there for a cleaning and cavity fill and was he so nervous. The whole staff was friendly, explained everything to him, and made us feel at ease. Dr M was so wonderful at explaining things to him in a kid-friendly way and working fast and efficient.

Google does not allow 0 stars so I had no choice but to give them 1. Do not go here! I would not recommend anyone who values their child's safety or your sanity to come here. Staff is not kid-friendly and rude towards parents. My kids did not feel comfortable at all their entire visit. Scheduling is not organized and no one picks up the phone. We have had billing issues in the past with them too. Save yourself the trouble and go to another practice. You have been warned!!!!
