Dr. Morris D. Alexander, known to his patients as Dr. Buzz, is a native of Savannah, Tennessee. After graduating from University of Memphis with a Bachelors of Science degree in Biology, he attended dental school at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. Dr. Buzz spent two additional years enrolled in their pediatric dentistry post-doctoral program to become a pediatric dentist. This specialized program of study and hands-on experience prepared him to meet the unique needs of infants, children, and teens, including persons with special needs.
To stay current with the newest advancements in the pediatric dental field, Dr. Buzz remains committed to continuing education. This involves taking advanced courses in pediatric dentistry,conscious sedation, and many other topics. He is a member of the American Association of Pediatric Dentistry, Southern Society of Pediatric Dentists, and the Tennessee Association of Pediatric Dentistry.
After graduating, Dr. Buzz joined a practice on the big island of Hawaii for approximately two years. He missed Tennessee so much and decided to return home. Dr. Buzz has always loved Franklin so he decided to make it his home, and has been serving the Williamson County community for more than 30 years.

Each family has individual concerns and goals, and we want to know whats important to you. This builds trust and rapport, as we show that we respect your desires for your child.
We take dentistry seriously and want you and your child to feel comfortable and at ease in our office. Dr. Buzz is a conservative doctor: he will always recommend what is best for your childs specific concerns, developing a treatment approach that establishes oral health and then maintains it, for life!
Dr. Buzzand his team believe that working with children is an enormous privilege. We expect kids to be kids not little adults and love each child for their wonderful unique personality and the energy they bring into our lives!

Staff is disrespectful and they looked at me and said they just didn't care that's not a place I would want my kids my step kids had an appointment there they would not allow them to do their appointment because their appointment didn't get confirmed the day before they would not let them have their 1:00 appointment spot

BEWARE - they will say they take your insurance, then send you a bill for the entire amount. When I called the office I was told that they took my insurance. When I arrived with my daughter I gave the receptionist my insurance information. While I waited, two other children came in and it was discovered that their TennCare had lapsed. So the office staff told the parents and the children left so they could come back when they had coverage. So clearly, this office verifies coverage from TennCare patients on the spot while you wait. I did not get that basic courtesy. This dentist knew they did not take my private insurance, but lied and said they did, then saw my daughter anyway, and then did extra unnecessary services I did not ask for. And after explaining all this to the office staff, the office manager Cathy refused to write off even $1 from my bill. And now, after going to this dentist and building trust with my toddler, we will not be able go back because they do not take our insurance. So my daughter is going to be sad, and I owe a bunch of money - all because this office was not truthful when I called and again kept the truth from me when we were in the office.
