Dr. Han is absolutely a FIVE STAR Dentist. The one star is for Dr. Rashed. Lacks experience and the quality of her service was dismal compared to Dr. Han. Be cautious about who your appointment is with. Would recommend Dr. Han but not his associate.

Horrible experience. I went to PDC to get a cleaning. I was frustrated because they did almost nothing. My teeth looked and felt no different. If I wanted someone to brush my teeth I could have done it my self and saved the money. The staff made unnecessary suggestions, and wanted to pull out my permanent teeth if their braces didnt work.e On top of all that they made me wear a mask that I would be taking off 5 minutes later. Half of the staff there was not complying to their own rules. Do better.

Great, clean, kid friendly facility. They're kind to my kids and to me. I feel very respected and part of the care team. I've recommended them to all my friends!

Due to Dr. Han's rude comments and inability to make patients comfortable, we will not be coming back to this practice. Past dentists have always been nice and know how to communicate with patients and children, but he needs to go back and get educated and trained on people skills. My stomach feels sick to think that I need to pay for his awful service.

I never write reviews. (Well until today) 2 stars for the male assistant who ensures comfortability. The ladies who work in the front office have bad interactions with customers on the phone I watched their facial expressions as they were annoyed with people calling the office. It's sad that you choose to be in a customer service field and lack just that. **Not the first greeting receptionist but the ones that sit behind, check insurance and check you out. Besides the wait time it's the overall morale of the office. Had an appointment today at 9:30 for sedation/root canal/crown for my 7 year old son. They took us back around 10am. We waited in the room while the dental assistant prepared some medicine for another 10minutes. It's now 10:15, my son takes the meds. By 10:45 the staff is in and out of the room getting supplies for another procedure. By 10:55 they come to the room escort me and my husband to the lobby. The female Dr doesn't even have the common courtesy to address me or my husband. The female assistant to the dr was just as unprofessional. Instead of insuring my comfort, with him being alone during the procedure she begins to discuss "you signed the consent, this is a hospital setting". All I wanted to do was sit outside the room to ensure his cooperation and comfort. Most importantly I didn't feel the compassion from the Dr/female assistant when they came to the room to escort us to the lobby. I understand not being able to stay in the room for a Pulpotomy , but to not be able to sit outside the door to make sure they are treating my son with respect and have patience with him is unsettling. Guaranteed not to come back or refer anyone here. It's 11:15am, Give me my X-rays I'll drive 45 minutes back to my old practice where they run on time and value their patients. Now that I'm reading the other reviews I can see the entire office staff besides the male assistant are unhappy with no bedside manner or regards for the patient and the family. This is definitely not a friendly environment Signed- Someone who was in dentistry for 15 years. Recommending reevaluating your line of work. Your empathy and care for the families that you cross paths with. Getting back to the reason you chose pediatric dentistry. ***Please clean the cement from the crowns as well.

Horrible experience. Such a shame! Called to cancel my son's appointment and to have it rescheduled for December. The receptionist told me they were booked in December to which I replied - ok please book us sometime after December or if you have a cancellation please call me. The receptionist replied "well if his cavity gets worse, we won't fix it!" Excuse me -- that's literally your job! To fix teeth! Such a shame that this clinic opened in our neighborhood and we were treated like that.

I like drs work there. However, the reason I gave 3 star because they dismiss my three kids from clinic. They told they miss three appointments and my baby one year old has appointment for the first time for him at clinic. I explain to them why you dismiss all my kids of one of them miss three appointment and one of the appointment was on Monday and they require 24 note so I called them on Monday morning because weekend. They told me this is not acceptable you should call on Sunday and leave a message. Then they told me ok just bring the new baby but we don't have any availability until three month in future. So we decided to move forward to other clinic. In conclusion, dentists dr work there are great but I don't like management office for dismissing all three kids for reason one of them miss three appointment during around three years period.

Just wanted to share my bitter experience with Pediatric Dental Care- Fairfax on Dec. 22, 2020. They made a big fuss for arriving at their facility by 10 minutes late and they warned me to not to let me check in next time if I am late. Last time, when we were there, we waited for more than an hour to see the doctor. We saw a different dentist this time who doesn't have a good bedside manner and didn't even share the findings of his evaluation whereas today's examination revealed that my son has cavities on 3 teeth. He just vanished without saying anything from the examination area!!! Not only the doctor, I found the cashiers were rude too. They refused to bill me for the procedure performed today and compelled me to pay the full amount upfront. They even offered me to go somewhere else to get the procedure done if I don't want to pay upfront . I wanted to make sure with my insurance company if the procedure is covered by the insurance or not before I make a full payment. Because I had a gut feeling that it should be covered since the procedure to install the space maintainer was fully covered while to remove the same is not covered which took less than 5 minutes to the hygienist . Long story short, I am very displeased of their customer service and abandoning their service.

They will waste your entire day by just taking 1 teeth extraction and then they will say we got only 1 assistance thats why its taking longer. Not satisfied with there work I have appointment coming for my child in July but Its a no no from me. I am already done with it. To take good amounts of money from insurance they will never finish the job on your first visit. You have to go back again n again so they can make as much money they can from you and waste your time. They need to do thing in timely.

Dentists & nurses were professional & great with our kids. The reason I gave 2 stars because I waited for doctor in the room about 15-20 min after nurse cleaned my son teeth. Having autistic son and very active 18 month old boy in the tiny room. I shared the concern when checked out the lady's response was not professional. She was saying it's because during winter break. To me what I hear, this will happen again when the office is busy. Waiting for this long affects my sons check up because he will not cooperate. Office should consider wait time for the best professional care for patients.

Yesterday my oldest daughter had a fall and knocked several of her front teeth loose. I thought the only thing holding them in was her braces. Luckily we got right in to the dentist. I can't speak highly enough about Dr. Ha. She and her hygienist worked like a pit crew with tiny tools and sweltering PPE to save my baby's teeth. It was painful and awful to watch and we're still not out of the woods but I'm so grateful for her. I just wanted to share in case you're looking for a pediatric dentist. (All 3 dentists there are excellent)

You won't get better results, advice and experience anywhere else. We've been taking our children to Pediatric Dental Care of years and they're fantastic. All of the doctors and staff are great; they are sincerely interested in making sure children get good care and have a good experience. On top of that, their new facilities are nice and modern. If I could give another star I would.

We took our daughter with multiple dental issues and milk caries. She hated getting the xrays at her previous dentist office. Dr Han and everyone here were exceptional and now my little one has all her teeth fixed. we went back when one of her fillings fell off and they fixed it immediately. Highly recommend to anyone, specially if your kids need extra care beyond regular cleanup.
