Our dentists and staff have received extra training for primary teeth. Our goal is to protect your childrens teeth so they can eat and speak correctly. We will do whatever we can to help your children have the bright smiles they deserve.

Dr. Waggoner is the founder and owner of Galaxy Smiles of Las Vegas, Pediatric Dental Care Associates, and Kids Dental Safari. He has been a pediatric dentist for nearly 40 years. He administrates all 3 practices and now limits his clinical care to children requiring treatment in the surgical centers. He also serves as the Chief Dental Officer for NuSmile Crowns, a multi-national dental products company.

Dr. Waggoner has been married for over 40 years to his wife, Linda Ann, a Marriage and Family Therapist. They have four grown children, Dr. Tesha Waggoner, a pediatric dentist; Luke, an Emergency Room physician; Grant, a Marriage and Family Therapist; and Clark, a trainer for a global telematics company. His spare time is devoted to visiting his family, reading, and traveling.

He then joined the United States Public Health Service division of Indian Health Service (IHS). He provided dental services to the Navajo, Hopi and Mohawk Indian tribes in Arizona and New York until May of 2000. Dr. Galea received several citations and awards for his service while in IHS.

He then entered into pediatric dental residency at Childrens National Medical Center in Washington, DC. in July 2000 and obtained his certificate in the specialty of Pediatric Dentistry in July 2002. He served as chief resident during his second year of training. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. He is a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and the Nevada Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. He has been with PDCA since September 2002 and has also worked with the Supai Indian tribe within the Grand Canyon over the last several years when needed.

Originally from Mansfield, Texas, Dr. Audrey is a native Texan. She attended UT Arlington and graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. Dr. Audrey Nghiem then went on to attend Baylor College of Dentistry. Soon after graduation, she began working in Texas with a primary focus on kids. It was at this time that Dr. Audrey developed her love for pediatrics. After eight years of practicing, she decided that her calling was to go on to a pediatric dentistry residency and further develop her knowledge and skills. Dr. Nghiem is a graduate of the UNLV School of Dental Medicine Pediatric Dentistry Program. Her passion is not only providing a great dental experience to children of all ages, but also for her family. Dr. Audrey and her husband have two amazing little boys named Jameson and Jackson. They love to spend time together as a family as much as they can.

Lisa was born in Covington Kentucky and relocated to Las Vegas with her family when she was very young. Lisa has worked in the medical field for over 22 years; she has extensive training in practice management. In 2005, Lisa was given the opportunity to come and work for Pediatric Dental Care Associates. Lisa has been married to her husband Dino since 1984! They have 3 beautiful children, Angelo, Autym and Nico. She enjoys staying involved with her children and their activities, training and riding sport bikes with her husband

I was born and raised in as Vegas, Nevada. I received my Bachelor of Science Dental Hygiene degree at the College of Southern Nevada. I have been a dental hygienist for 26 years and the last 10 years have been dedicated to Pediatric Dentistry. I have always loved working with children and find it very rewarding. I enjoy teaching them the importance of good oral hygiene, which creates a great smile for a lifetime. I am married and have two beautiful daughters that keep us busy with their school and gymnastics activities.

I started at PDCA in May 2012 because I love working with children; they make me laugh. I never know how they may act or what they may say. It keeps us on guard every day. I get to work with great doctors and love to see how they each care deeply for the children we treat.

Daevina started with the PDCA team at the Sahara office February 2012. Shes has been in the dental field for over 10 years. Daevina is originally from Mobile, Alabama but was raised in Southern California. She is married to her best friend and soul mate Jose and they have 6 beautiful children. She loves to spend time with her family camping (she says she is not afraid of bugs) and spending quiet time with the Lord!

I was born and raised in Las Vegas. I have been a dental assistant for three years and started at PDCA in May of 2018. Working with children and the dentists always brighten my day. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and taking long walks with my loyal companion Bane who is a beautiful Rottweiler.

Hello my name is Ruby and Ive been a dental assistant for 15 years, and I love being a part of the PDCA dental team. I am a dental assistant that prioritizes in helping, caring and assisting in pediatric dental care. My main focus is to always deliver exceptional quality care for our patients. The beautiful smiles of happy returning patients keeps me motivated to continue working in this field. I am a single mother of 3; when Im not at PDCA helping improve smiles you can always catch me singing, dancing, and playing football with friends and family with my spare time! Oh yeah, and practicing self-defense.

Carrie was born in Australia and was raised by kangaroos; she married a zookeeper and learned to wrestle alligators. She gave birth to two beautiful female koalas. She moved to the U.S. a few years ago and has gone through extensive training to humanize her again. She is also an amazing billing specialist, with 20 years of experience.

Autym has been with PDCA since 2007. She is our front office utility girl that means she is a great multitasker. She graduated from beauty school and is a licensed traveling cosmetologist. Autym enjoys working with people and loves kids. In her spare time she like to eat and work out, she also enjoys hiking and just having fun and enjoying life to its fullest.

Ive been in the dental field for 8 years, and started working at PDCA in April 2016. I love welcoming our patients when entering our office. I was born in Los Angeles and was raised in Lancaster California, and moved to Las Vegas in 2008. Ive been married for 9 years and have 2 beautiful daughters 9 and 1. I enjoy spending time with them and taking them to the park, doing family activities and I really love adventures with her husband and sisters.
