Dr. Aaron Mannella founded Pediatric Dental Associates of Randolph in 1991. He is board certified in pediatric dentistry and a diplomate of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. Dr. Mannella is highly respected in his field. He is the chair of pediatric dentistry at Morristown Hospital, where he donates his resources performing dental restorations on patients who could not otherwise afford treatment. Dr. Mannella has been named a top dentist in New Jersey Monthly Magazine and NJ Family magazine since the lists inception.
Dr. Mannella is highly respected in his field, and he also maintains memberships in many prestigious professional organizations, such as the American Dental Association, the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the American Society of Dentistry for Children and the Tri-County Dental Association.
Dr. Matt Mannella is a board eligible pediatric dentist who grew up right down the road from Pediatric Dental Associates of Randolph. After spending so much time in the office shadowing his parents, Dr. Mannella and Dr. Arnold, Dr. Matt decided to become a pediatric dentist himself! He received his DMD from Rutgers School of Dental Medicine in 2019 and pursued his pediatric certificate at Childrens Hospital of Pittsburgh, where he received extensive training in dental traumatology, special needs care and advanced behavior management techniques. He is so excited to be a part of the Pediatric Dental Associates family and to serve a community he has known for his whole life!
When not making smiles happen, Dr. Matt likes to stay active! He is currently training for his first marathon, plays lots of golf, and in the wintertime, teaches snowboarding to children of all ages. Dr. Matt is also a bass player and loves to jam with friends to all types of music. Dr. Matt looks forward to meeting you at your next visit!
Dr. Sara Farajian is a board eligible pediatric dentist. She completed her dental education and training locally, receiving her DDS from New York University College of Dentistry, as well as performing her General Practice Residency at Hackensack University Medical Center and her pediatric dental residency at Montefiore Medical Center.
Dr. Saras dedication to providing exceptional care for her patients comes naturally to this mom of three young daughters. When she is not creating smiles in the office, Dr. Sara makes smiles at home with her girls baking her familys favorite chocolate and cinnamon apple cakes. She can also be found exploring local parks with her family and friends, and when she can steal some time to herself, Dr. Sara retreats to her hobby of oil painting.
Dr. Mahdieh Beheshti is a Board Certified pediatric dentist. She began her dental education and training in Iran, continuing her education in the U.S. at the Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine, where she was awarded her DMD with distinction. Her post-graduate pediatric dental training was completed at the esteemed Jacobi Medical Center in the Bronx. Following her training, she practiced at pediatric dental offices in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, and New York City before joining our team at Pediatric Dental Associates of Randolph.
Dr. Beheshti is committed to creating great dental experiences for children while providing unparalleled care. Outside of the office, she enjoys baking and cake decorating, reading, and doing yoga. She looks forward to spending time sailing during the summer.

Fantastic! Finally a great kid oriented dentist from start to finish! From the moment the elevator opens it's fun and inviting! Walk through the door way and Bam! The fun begins with a playroom hosting an arcade game! Who wouldn't love this place! Then your greeted by a friendly smile from the wonderful staff! Next the equally friendly hygienist calls your child's name and we walk into a fantastic large comfortable room with lots of great things to look at on the walls very exciting and inviting even for the most timid child! From start to finish everyone makes your child feel at ease. Then before you know it the X-rays are done, the Cleaning is done the kids get a surprise to go with their new toothbrushes! Then the very friendly dentist comes in to give you the lowdown on your child's dental health and needs. Then checking out is a breeze because the kids are back in the playroom while you make any needed follow up appointments or schedule for the next 6 month appointment! All over a great experience for everyone. Two thumbs up from this happy family! Thank you to everyone at Pediatric Dental Associates in Randolph!

Highly recommend Dr. Matthew Manella He was awesome along with his assistant. My son had a horrible experience with a different dentist in a different location not affiliated with pediatric dental. I decided to bring him to Dr. Matt and it was a whole different experience. He is very knowledgeable was very patient and made my son feel very comfortable. My 7 yr old son had so much fear of dentist but with Dr. Manella he now is very happy and has no fear to return . Thank you to pediatric dental from my 1st phone call with Laura which was very sweet and helped me out so much to the front desk who were very nice along with Dr. Matt and his assistant. Great experience.

I came here with my 3 children after trying for years to find a dentist they loved. I had a huge fear of the dentist growing up and didn't want them to have a similar experience. From the second we called to make appointments, we felt cared for. All 3 of my kids left after the first visit saying "we loved it there!". The office is very kid-friendly but it's not gimmicky. The staff is all very warm and caring and truly care about the comfort of their patients, no matter how small. I am so happy that we found them!
