Dr. McGuire was a pediatric dental hygienist for many years before earning her dental degree at the University of Florida College of Dentistry in 1994. She then completed specialized training in pediatric dentistry at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio before settling in Somerset County as an associate in a pediatric dental practice. Dr. McGuire began her current practice in 2005. She is a member of numerous dental associations and societies, and she is on staff at Hunterdon Medical Center. Dr. McGuire has been named a Top Pediatric Dentist in New Jersey by New Jersey Monthly magazine for several years in a row.
Dr. McGuire is passionate about patient and family education. We focus of prevention to help alleviate the need for extensive dental treatment. We are excited to share tips and articles on prevention to inform and educate parents, who can then make better choices for their children.

I took my 4 year old son here for his first visit and the entire staff was fantastic! From our first call, Julie at the front desk was very warm and helped with questions regarding the online intake form - which alleviated the need to come in early to fill out forms in the waiting room. Eileen was our hygienist and she was incredibly gentle with the cleaning and took the time to explain each tool and process to my son before she started. The TVs in the ceiling helped keep him calm as well. Dr. McGuire is nothing short of excellent! She made sure to check each tooth and answered all our questions thoroughly while keeping our appointment quick. My son happily went off with her to select a prize.

Dr. McGuire and her entire staff as so wonderful and supportive! My son needed extensive work for a very young person and the entire office took the time to work with and reassure us all!! Our experience has just been wonderful!!

I can't recommend Dr. Maguire and her wonderful practice enough!! My daughter was so scared for her very first visit to the dentist, but Robin and Dr. Maguire put her at ease right away! What a kind, professional, skilled, and thoughtful staff! The office itself is beautiful too & so geared towards children. For example, the tv above the chairs for them to watch, sunglasses to block the light, fun toothpaste and fluoride flavors, and of course the prizes... Loved our visit from start to finish and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends and family. Thank you! Thank you!

Positively the best! Took my 10 yr old twins for a check up. My son who has autism took a little bit to feel comfortable to lay down in the chair, but as soon as he did, the whole team helped with making him feel comfortable and getting things done quickly. Even the doctor kneeled down to talk him through! They are all amazing!!

Hygiene appointment for our two daughters. We were in and out in 30 minutes with very friendly and efficient service. Front desk staff was also very helpful.

We absolutely love Dr. McGuire! She is so down to earth and makes my kids feel so comfortable. I wish I could go see her. The office staff are so friendly and helpful. We can't rave about everyone enough!
