Thanks God for this office and all the staff, my kids smile are different and I am so appreciate that when they take care my kids they take care them like my kids are theirs.

For it being a pediatric dentistry you would think they were 'kid friendly' but they aren't. The front desk is wonderful but the people in the back?....not so much. Time to find a new facility.

Today 2/28/22 was my first visit with both my 4.5 year old and my 2.5 year old (1st visit). The front desk staff was very welcoming and even greeted the kids individually which made them feel warm and excited. My 4.5 year old went back first and she had a fairly okay experience... she was a bit uncomfortable with the chair as it reclined but her dental hygienist made the necessary accommodations to make her feel comfortable enough for her cleaning. Today was the very first dentist visit for my 2.5 year old and as excited and comfortable as he was with the hygienist, Dr Thomas approached me in a rather abrupt manner to tell me to put my phone away. What parent doesn't like to snap a picture or two of their child's very first visit? I thought that was a bit insensitive and communicated in a rather rude way as if I was made aware of this prior to coming to the office. However, my children's experience is my number 1 concern and they had an amazing and informative time with their hygienist; I will more than likely be looking for a different office.

Dr. Joanna extracted my 3.5year olds molar. She was very kind and treated my son so gently, patiently and respectfully. She heard his concerns and didn't dismiss them just because he's a child. I really appreciated how nicely she treated him. We also had one consultation each with Dr. Rosenbaum and Dr. Thomas and they were pleasant to work with as well. This practice is a good half hour away from where we live/commute but we make the hike because our concerns so far have always been patiently answered without any unconscious bias without being patronized. Wish we had come here from the start-might have saved his tooth! The hygienist Jazmin, was very nice. She was really great with my son too.

Appt. Was at 8:30 kids were not taken to the back until 9:30. They said it was an insurance issue and they were on the phone. I called and get through to the dental insurance in two minutes. They told me at 9:00 they were running behind and that was the reason for the delay. This is the same issue that occurred six months ago and I was told by this office would be updated. My husband serves this country and we have always had benefits. The office could have verified and confirmed this info the day before. Not an hour after my appointment scheduled time and causing me to miss additional time from work and my kids additional time from school. So upsetting.

Great staff. Easy check in. Movie playing for kids in waiting room. Exam area was spacious. Room for me to sit out of the way while their teeth were getting cleaned.

As always a great check up. I love the way they treat children. I travel 1/2 an hour to take my daughter but it's worth every minute. Highly recommend any parent to make an appointment and try the best pediatric dental practice in our area.
