This place is amazing! The Hoover office is the nicest and cleanness office I've ever seen. The staff was the best and very accommodating. My son has sensory disorder, autism and bad anxiety. The dentist and antisteoloilgist assessed him for his best treatment plan , they was quick and very thorough! I'd give 10 stars if possible! Amazing experience!!!

It's easy to make an appointment. Very friendly staff. I have friends who've used this office for over a decade and some a few years but all have had good experiences. They are very patient and were focused on making my child feel comfortable. They explain everything clearly. The office was gorgeous and they have entertainment for the children through out the whole place.

Very helpful staff. Dr. Caplash was very informative. The hygienists were also very nice and patient with my 2 yr old. 1st visit, but good overall experience. Even my 2 yr old said, "Wow! It's nice in here."

Update: We're still just as happy with Pediatric Dental Associates as we were the first day we visited. Both of our kids see Dr. Caplash. We really enjoy our visits and the staff is always wonderful to interact with! We took our 10 month old daughter to Medplex for her first dental visit & she had a great time. No tears, just a smile with a toothbrush. Ashley & Dr. Chambliss were absolutely wonderful! The facility is outstanding & makes me want to be a kid again just to visit their office. I'm glad we found them!

Every encounter we had was pleasant and warm. Everyone smiled at us and did their best to make us feel comfortable. We were greeted by a friendly staff and called back pretty quickly. The girl that saw my son was very good at keeping a busy, squirmy 4 year old entertained while we waited to be seen by the dentist. Overall, it seems like a place where everyone enjoyed working and loved what they did.

Pediatric Dental Associates was amazing! Staff was amazing! The were very fast and efficient. They took great care of my Autistic daughter. We have been to a few dentist trying to find the perfect fit and this was it. I absolutely love Pediatric Dental Associates

The Staff Was Absolutely Wonderful. Pediatric Dental Associates Has The Greatest Staff. My Daughter and I Felt Very Welcomed. There Was A Board That Said "Welcome New Friends" With My Daughter's Name Along With 3 Others. Christy Was Extremely Patient With My Daughter. She Was Very Energetic, Happy, and Friendly. Dr. Caplash Was Very Sweet. She Made Sure I Understood Everything That Was Being Said. Megan Was Very Helpful, Reassuring, and Sweet. Megan Made Sure Before I Left That I Knew All Of My Options And She Made It Clear That If I Need Her I Can Call Her. Absolutely Love It. Pediatric Dental Associates Is By Far The Best Dentist I Have Ever Taken My Daughter Too.
