Front desk Staff were very helpful, great us with a smile and were very helpful. Dr. Zimmer had a big smile which came through the face mask, she was very friendly to my daughter but most importantly she was very knowledgeable, took her time and explained all options in regards of the treatment plan. Her experience and knowledge was evident. She was an angel. I am very happy and will be going there with both if my kids. Totally recommend to any family

Took my son to see Dr. Zimmer for the 1st time today. Everyone was very welcoming. Dr. Zimmer was amazing and very patient. She gave us different treatment options and took the time to explain to me in details exactly what we need to do to treat my son's cavities. I can tell that she truly cares about her patients. I left the practice knowing we are in great hands and my son left the practice with a big smile!! The goody bags also helped :).

Being sent multiple bills with late fees for services rendered and not submitted to insurance. Good place for care, doctors are great but as a former employee I am offended.especially that over the last 20 years I have recommended many people to go there.

Saw Dr. Pattison during an emergency visit for my son. The doctor and the staff were warm, attentive, and knowledgeable during the emergency situation. They were able to get us in right away and the doctor was so helpful in calming our fears and even got us a referral appointment with a surgeon that same day. I wish this office was in network for us as we would love to switch to their practice. Thanks to Dr. Pattison & staff!

My daughter had a baby tooth split in half and had to have both pieces removed. Dr. Vanessa was very patient and helped ease my daughter's fears. The procedure was done surprisingly quickly and painlessly. I am very impressed with their professionalism and cheerful attitude when working with my children. Very courteous and professional front desk.

Dr. Pattison is a very caring dentist. My twins have been going to her since they were 4 and now they are 17! She always treats them with kindness and a lot of patience and cheer. Never makes them feel bad about themselves and carefully explains everything she does. Highly recommend.

Coming from a former dental assistant, Pediatric Dental Associates is top notch! I have been bringing my boys there for 11 years and couldn't be happier with the care they have received. We love Dr. Zimmer who we have used since day 1 and have seen Dr. Pattison as well for emergencies and she's amazing as well. Gentle and kind. My boys always leave there with a smile!

Dr. Zimmer and her staff are amazing with my boys. They made it fun for my nervous 3 year old! They love going because of the surprises they get afterwards

We love Dr Zimmer! Brought my three old for her first appointment six months ago then again today for her second. The first time she was super happy, had a blast - this time was more challenging but Dr Zimmer and her staff were incredibly patient and gentle and know exactly what to do with a small child. Couldn't recommend more!

Dr. Zimmer is AMAZING! My son cried the first time we were there (before he started) and this was the second time and he was excited to go and both my kids (two and four years old) had a really great experience today and I contributed to Dr. Zimmer!
