Dr. Moody has been in practice in Morristown since 1985 and in 2016, moved into a new stateoftheart facility at 3005 West Andrew Johnson Highway to allow for the continued growth of his practice for both patients and staff.
He has been certified by the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry (AAPD) and the American College of Dentists. He has been a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry for more than 25 years and is also a member of the American Dental Association and Tennessee Dental Association. He has served as President of the Lakeway Dental Society, the Southeastern Society of Pediatric Dentistry, and the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the preeminent organization of childrens oral health professionals.
Dr. Moody was born in Teaneck, NJ, but grew up in Morristown and calls it home. When he is not helping children and families, he loves to play golf and watch SEC sports. He is married and has three grown daughters.
While at University of Tennessee, Dr. Beth was awarded the Winfield Dunn Scholarship, which recognizes students for their scholastic achievements and dedication to community service, and the Malcolm Overbey Leadership Award, given to the student who exhibits outstanding leadership potential and integrity.
Following dental school, she completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency, served as a civilian dentist for the US Army in Germany, and then returned to Tennessee and worked in public health for three years before beginning her pediatric dental training. She is a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry (AAPD), the American Dental Association, and Tennessee Dental Association, and has volunteered throughout the U.S. to provide dental services to those most in need.
Dr. Beth was born and raised in Lebanon, TN and has recently relocated with her husband, a Knoxville native, and their daughters. When shes not working, she loves traveling, reading, and watching college football.

Ashley joined our team in July 2020. She received her assistant license at Charlotte Dental Staff Institution in 2015. When she is not at the front desk, she is helping in the back office where she is needed.
She is married with one daughter (who is following in her Moms footsteps and currently pursuing a Dental Hygiene degree at ETSU). Lucy knew she wanted to work with kids because of her love of children and the rewarding and challenging environment it provides.
When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, including her Goldendoodle Bentley, going to the beach (any beach), boating, camping, running and watching University of Kentucky Basketball.
Amanda Tucker joined the team at Pediatric Dental Associates of Morristown with Dr. Moody and the fantastic staff in the summer of 2017. She married her husband in the summer of 2018. She graduated summa cum laude from ETSU's Dental Hygiene program in 2013.
When Amanda is not at work, she enjoys being outdoors and loves to spend her summers fishing, paddle boarding and camping. She says paddle boarding and fishing at the same time is a fun challenge. She likes to stay active by indoor cycling and practicing Christian yoga.
Carrie and her husband have one son, who was diagnosed with autism in 2014. Due to the challenges that come along with autism, Carrie has experience and insight into some of the challenges kids with special-needs face.
Carrie has always loved children, and as a former patient of Dr. Moodys, she knew this was the field she wanted to work in. She is a huge animal lover, and she loves spending time with her Beagle named Piper and her Goldendoodle named Ace.
She has plenty of experience and knowledge working with children from various aspects of her life including being an elementary teaching aide, leading a dance and drama team at her church, and working in childrens ministry.
In her free time, Toshia loves to paint and be creative. She hikes whenever possible, which allows plenty of picture taking, as photography is one of her favorite hobbies. Toshia has two children of her own, Noah and Ellie.
Pediatric Dental Associates office is set up with fun activities for children, such as various playrooms (some with preloaded, ageappropriate video games) and private exam rooms with TV monitors set up above each chair so that the patient can watch an ageappropriate movie of their choice. Plus, kids get to snap pictures with Ellie, our giant elephant on the front lawn!
