All three of our kids go see Dr Jay at Pediatric Dental Associates. It's crazy to say but they look forward to their appointments and ask when they get to go back. They have tvs above each chair and they get to choose what they watch during their cleaning and exams which is a helpful distraction. The entire office is decorated beautifully and catches the kiddos eyes. All of their staff are fabulous. We can't rave enough about our experience here.

Very careful and educated doctor, DOCTOR Jay. Saved multiple teeth and smile for my kids. Friendly and still have patience with many people around. We needed accommodations, - no questions, it has been provided. Very nice people at the front as well. We moved out of the state, but going back here to continue to have such an experience! Definitely will reccomend!

Dr. Jay is the best. I've been taking my 3 kids there for years and it has always been fantastic. My son was sad to turn 17 and have to find someone new.

I wish I could give them more stars! My daughter has extreme anxiety at the dentist. The entire experience at this facility, from front staff, to hygienists, to Dr. Jay himself, was beyond any level of care I have received for my children. Everyone is so patient and compassionate. If you ever need a pediatric dental procedure for your child, do not look any further. The billing side of things was also a breeze, there were no surprises, and my insurance was checked before the procedure, so we knew up front how much we would be paying out of pocket. Dr Jay and his staff made my daughter feel like she was the only patient in the building the entire time. We are so thankful for the care we received.

Absolutely unprofessional, dishonest, and beyond the pale abusive. You cannot complain or they will cry and cut services. You cannot have a rational conversation with them or they will hang up on you. "doctor" jay is beyond abusive and arrogant. Avoid like the plague. Put these people back to where they deserve to be, like they treat others: The curb. Print this and take it with you. Will help you navigate their dishonesty, and abuse. As a patient, you have the right to: Receive compassionate, respectful care in a safe setting. Be well informed about your condition, possible treatments and the likely outcomes of these treatments. Have a family member or chosen representative and your doctor notified promptly of your admission to the hospital. Receive visitors of your choosing, with the understanding that visitation may be limited in specific hospital areas and to maintain the best care. Allow a family friend or other individual to be present with you for emotional support and assistance with transitions of care, and to provide advocacy for you during the course of your stay. Designate a support person who has your authority to exercise all of the patient rights concerning your visitors. Refuse to consent to a person visiting, or withdraw consent to see a visitor. Participate in developing and implementing a plan for your care. Have your pain assessed and managed appropriately. Accept or refuse a treatment, as permitted by law. Choose whether to participate in research efforts. Prepare an advance directive and be informed of Providence's ability to implement it. Receive care in a safe setting, free from abuse or harassment. Be free from restraint, unless it is necessary for safety reasons. Receive support from spiritual care staff if you wish. Be shown consideration for your personal privacy. Participate in discussion of ethical issues that may arise during your treatment. Review your medical records and have the information explained to you. Know that your personal and medical information will be treated as confidential. Have an in-person, telephonic or video interpreter if your language is not English, or if you are blind, deaf or hard of hearing, or if you require access to special needs equipment. Express concerns to your care team or department or clinic management. If not resolved, you have the right to file a grievance. Receive a bill that you can reasonably expect to understand. Be informed about how to apply for financial assistance to help with your medical bills.

Dr. Jay and Dr. Erin make it SO FUN to go to the dentist. We look forward to it for weeks. The hygienists are sweet, the magic closet is stocked and the front desk ladies are fun, too. It's like they love their job. And it makes my adult dentist look boring. And if that wasn't enough, they have good art on the walls.

Great place! My son is two and had to go to the dentist for the first time; something my husband and I were dreading because of our sons genuine hate for anyone coming near his mouth. Dr. Jay was so kind and patient with him that we were shocked when my son opened his mouth and willingly let him check his teeth. The dental assistant was super sweet and patient too the entire time making the appointment less stressful not only for my husband and I but also for our little boy. Highly recommend to anyone with little ones who are afraid of the dentist. The building looked great too, made my son less afraid to be able to play before and after his appointment in the building.
