Update: Dr. Hsu has retired and the new team of doctors and staff do not disappoint!!! We are so grateful for Dr. Hsu and that she chose wonderful people to step in and continue to serve us!!! After relocating to Henderson from a small town in Ohio, we tried to find a dentist who was as good as our long time family dentist back home. Well, we tried a few places in the valley that were "OK" but none seemed to be the right fit until we met Dr. Hsu and her staff. They're WONDERFUL in every way!!! Kind, professional and always make us feel valued. We (my hubby and our triplets) are beyond happy to have found this talented group and grateful to be a part of the Pecos Dental family!!!

My experience was nothing but amazing! The staff were all friendly and eager to help! Super friendly staff! Where most places have lost the customer service. Dr. Santiago is absolutely amazing! He was thorough, patient. He explained everything to me so I knew what to expect. Super satisfied and would recommend him to ALL my family and friends! Please check them out!

Who goes to the dentist and says it was great? I've never liked going but I would most certainly come back and see dr Santiago for more work and would recommend this place to everyone.

Great dental experience! The dentist, Dr. Santiago is very caring and explains procedures in great detail. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Highly recommend!

Pecos Dental and Dr. Faith is awesome! Christy the hygienist is ahhhmazing! I would HIGHLY recommend. Office staff is attentive and incredibly accommodating. I just can't say enough good things about them!

Absolutely enjoy my visits at this location. The staffs are friendly, gives outstanding service, and very knowledgeable, like the doctor, with their responsibilities and roles. They love to go above and beyond for their patients.

Employees are very courteous staff greet you with a smile. Eugene has cleaned my teeth a couple of times and for 60 something years I have always had to get injections for cleaning he is the best no shots. Explains and demonstrates exactly what to do to protect your teeth and help them to heal. Would definitely recommend people's dentist to my friends and family

This was my first initial visit and it was great! I originally got tge referral for Dr. Hsu but she retired congratulations to her but Dr. Fairh was awesome I was in good hands! I found a great dentist office to continue with my dental needs THANK YOU PECOS DENTAL!!!

I wish I was notified Dr. Hsu retired before being seated in the dentist chair. I drove from very far away and paid out of pocket under the impression I would have seen my dentist of seven years. Service was fine but I like to choose my medical providers and I was not even notified of the change until it was too late. Being in the medical field myself, I do not feel this was professional and I do not feel respected as a patient. I feel I was tricked into this appointment especially because I paid out of pocket.

It took me a long time to write this, because I really like Dr. Hsu and her office. But it has been over 6 months since I got a filling done by Dr. Hsu and I am still dealing with the painful backlash of her mistake. Dr. Hsu saw me for a cracked tooth that needed a filling. She performed the procedure and her dental assistant kindly told me that if anything felt off, or if the filling felt too high: to come back. This was a red flag. She went on to explain the kind of awful pain a person can have from a filling that is not properly adjusted. Sure enough the filling was too high. I suffered in pain for 2 weeks when I finally went back. When I returned, Dr. Hsu 'adjusted' my filling. Once again, I was highly encouraged to return in case it was still off. Never in all the time I've been going to the dentist did this topic ever come up. Why is it coming up so frequently at Dr. Hsu's office? By this point, I have a constant headache and I started to grind my teeth in my sleep. Eating became painful. Life generally sucked. Well what do you know, the filling is still off. We are now over a month and a half away from the initial filling. Upset and completely lacking trust, I sought out another dentist. He fixed my tooth right up. Except this whole ordeal with having had my bite uneven for that long of a time caused me TMJ. The teeth grinding did not stop and now I am seeing a chiropractor to help resolve the TMJ. 6+ months of pain and now chiropractic bills. I am uncertain if I will ever be pain free again. Having Dr. Hsu do my filling was one of the biggest mistakes I have ever made.
