It was only natural that Dr. Bradley L. Pearson grew up to become an orthodontist it was in his blood. Born and raised in Edina, Minnesota, Dr. Pearson watched and learned as his father, Dr. Lloyd Pearson, maintained a busy orthodontic practice in the Southdale Medical Building for over 40 years, was president of the American Board of Orthodontics, lectured internationally and published numerous research articles on orthodontics. He was fortunate to practice with his father for many years, and together they won the Dewel Award in 1999 for the Best Clinically Based Research Article of the Year published in the American Journal of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics.
Dr. Pearson stays on the cutting edge of orthodontics and provides his patients with the latest in orthodontic technologies. He specializes in interceptive orthodontics, which allows for the treatment of many patients without extractions. Dr. Pearson uses various orthodontic options for children as well as adults, including Invisalign.
Dr. Pearson is board certified by the American Board of Orthodontics. Certification, which is a voluntary process, provides an extensive review of the orthodontist's basic education, as well as an intensive assessment of the orthodontist's clinical expertise. Orthodontists must pass a series of difficult, thorough written and oral examinations and submit case studies of patients theyve successfully treated. This is a notable achievement in the field of orthodontics as only 1 in 3 orthodontists are certified.
Upon certification, the orthodontist earns the certificate of the Board and the title 'Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics. Certification by the Board is based on the highest standards of knowledge and therapeutic skill, and all Diplomates are expected to maintain and enhance such standards. As of 2016, there were over 2,000 orthodontists throughout the world recognized as Diplomates.
Dr. Pearson earned his undergraduate degree (B.S.) at Gustavus Adolphus College, his dental degree (D.D.S.) from the University of Minnesota, and his specialty in orthodontics (M.S.) from the University of Iowa in Iowa City, Iowa.

If you ever wanted an Orthodontist who was a Rockstar you've found the right place. Dr. Pearson and his Groupies have delivered outstanding performances creating patient harmony and satisfaction unsurpassed for me and many others:) We'd give 10 stars if we could, for real. Dr Pearson and his team have accomplished great perfect teeth and jaw for my entire family. One of us had extreme jaw and bite challenges and their plan has had amazing results ! Initially I shopped around and saw three others . Yes we are thankful we found Pearson Orthodontics. Even adult teeth can be made perfect like mine were! Finally, I appreciate their high standard of results, skill, and fun approach.

They messed up my jaw and the only response I continually get from them and the dentist that recommended them was "it didn't turn out as we expected" or "its just odd how it turned out for you." Had it done a while ago but still dealing with the repercussions to this day. I would not recommend them at all.

We've had a great experience so far with Pearson. Friendly staff, excellent scheduling and reminder system. Dr. Pearson is super friendly. The staff are efficient and extremely skilled. Billing and finances are a snap. Parking is right there. I'm glad to give them five stars.

Twenty years after having my teeth fixed (as an adult), I visited Pearson Orthodontics again today to have my original retainers evaluated. What a great experience it was talking to some of the same folks I did back then. The nicest people, as professional as it gets. Just a great office and orthodontist. Thank you!
