Dr. Maryam M. Pearose is a board-certified pediatric dentist with over ten years of experience providing personalized dental care based on each child's unique and individual needs. Dr. Pearose has earned the distinction of Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. Board Certification is a status granted only to doctors who demonstrate achievement of the requisite training, experience, and knowledge. Dr. Pearose is proud to provide the most up-to-date and thorough treatment for a wide variety of children's dental needs. She is also trained and qualified to treat patients with special health care needs.
Dr. Pearoses passion to work with children lead her to specialize in pediatric dentistry after graduating dental school from the prestigious University of California at San Francisco. Due to its intensive and thorough reputation, Dr. Pearose headed east to the Childrens Hospital of Buffalo Pediatric Dental program in New York. There she gained the knowledge and training necessary to provide children with the finest dental care available. She also served as a clinical instructor for the University of Buffalo and taught dental students the art of pediatric dentistry. In 2005, Dr. Pearose was awarded the Certificate in Pediatric Dentistry Specialty.
Dr. Pearose is a native of southern California, and grew up in the city of Irvine, graduating with high honors from Irvine High School. She also completed her undergraduate training with honors from The University of California at Irvine.
Dr. Pearose is happy to have returned to her hometown of Orange County, making it both her personal and professional home. She is actively involved in our local community and schools. She loves spending time with her husband, son and daughter. She also enjoys reading, traveling, and personal fitness.
Devon is a Registered Dental Assistant, who loves working with children. She is passionate about creating a relaxed and fun environment where children can feel comfortable and truly enjoy coming to the dentist! Originally from Illinois, Devon has been an Orange County local now for over 10 years. During her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends, going on hikes, taking her dog to the park, relaxing at the beach, and trying out new restaurants.
Diane is a Southern California native. She has been a pediatric dental assistant for over 15 years and really enjoys working with kids. She feels working with kids is rewarding because we are creating positive experiences for them, as well as helping them overcome their fears and teaching them good oral hygiene habits. In her spare time, Diane enjoys spending time with her husband, 3 children, and nephew. She also enjoys bike riding, playing softball, going to movies and reading.
Paula is a Registered Dental Assistant. She has been working in the field for over 12 years. She enjoys working with kids every day! Paula is originally from Colombia. She is married with two children, a 13 year old daughter and 6 year old son. In her free time she likes spending time with her family, working out, and reading.

Dr. Pearose and her staff are incredible! My 3 kids can all get their cleanings and X-rays at the same time which saves us so much time! Everyone is extremely friendly, kind, and outgoing. My kids love going to the dentist thanks to Dr. Pearose and her staff! They make the experience seamless. Dr. Pearose is very knowledgeable and will discuss any upcoming fillings or extractions discreetly in order to keep the kids feeling safe. We can't say enough wonderful things about this office!

My daughter has been a patient of Dr Pearose for a year now. Dr Pearose and her staff were the best. Very calm and patient even with a 2 year old screaming through the exam. By the 2nd visit she went from screaming to hugging Dr Pearose.

Dr. Pearose and her staff are always kind, caring and professional. My son is 5 now and has been seeing Dr. Pearose for the last 3 years. We have been going to Dr. Pearose for 6 years now for my 9 year old son and each time he has had a positive experience due to the friendly and expertise care with children. We are always greeted with a smile at their amazing office which has recently been remodeled and looks amazing. All of their equipment is state of the art, and includes monitors suspended from the ceiling so they may watch their favorite show while they have their teeth cleaned...as they get older they are encouraged to help with holding certain instruments during their treatment giving them some control of their treatment. I highly recommend Dr. Pearose pediatric dentistry to children of all ages and look forward to many pleasant experiences.

Super adorable and CLEAN office! The office staff and DDS were all attentive, engaging, kind, and gentle. This is my daughter's first dental exam experience and she was made to feel comfortable and important. Dr Pearose and her staff have a very lovely practice! We will definitely be back!! (Every 6 mos!)

Dr. Pearose and staff are absolutely fantastic! My three year old does not love new situations but the staff there made her feel so comfortable and Dr. Pearose was so patient with her, the appointment went very well! My two year old absolutely loved it, no tears, WooHoo! We have already scheduled our next visits. Oh, and the office is so great, train theme and fun things to look at all around and of course goodies to make them extra happy at the end.

We love Dr. Pearose and her entire staff. The environment is very welcoming and friendly. The staff is great with kids, always explaining what they are doing and why, while also simply talking with the kids and making them feel comfortable. My kids (I have 3...ages 7-12) actually look forward to going to their dentist appointments! We just had our regular check up this past week (amid COVID) and I couldn't be more impressed with the cleanliness and secure feeling we had thanks to the precautions they are taking as an office to ensure safety for all.

My daughter has no fear going to the dentist, and I actually thinks she looks forward to it... The office is like a playground and she gets prizes for taking good care of her teeth! The staff is very friendly and professional. Dr. Pearose takes the time to explain what to expect and what will up next (new teeth, sealant, etc) , and she is very patient in answering all the parents questions.

Good for the older kids but cancelled services with Dr. Pearose after they tried to force me to come at a time that would not work for me because my kids are "criers"
