I would recommend pearly isles dental 100 percent and of course I did referred my husband and my son there. Everyone is friendly they will welcome you with a smile. The doctor makes you feel relaxed, she explains the procedure and will answer all/any questions. Clean environment. My co-worker referred me. Thank you to everyone working there.

My last dental visit was longer than it should have been. But this experience was wonderful and wasn't painful. The friendliness of the front desk staff and dental hygienist was excellent. The hygienist walked me through everything she was doing to put me at ease. And when Dr KD entered she walked me through my x-rays and was so comforting in discussing future treatment. The location is very inviting and all the staff are friendly. I would recommend her services.

Dr. KD is awesome! She is patient even with adults. She explains what she's doing step by step to make sure you understand and are comfortable. I felt so comfortable that I brought my 1 yr old and 11 yr old as well. I especially like the hot towel after treatment.

Best dentist I have ever been to. I was under the care of a previous dentist for years living in NY and the last time I visited that dentist he drilled a hole in my teeth for a filling that was never filled. Fast forward a year later I had been diagnosed with TN due to my nerve unknowingly by me being exposed for an extended amount of time and the tooth started to break and crack every time I would eat on the left side of my mouth. During the pandemic I went to a different dentist in the Sandtown area of Atlanta who tried to tell me that I needed an unnecessary deep cleaning amongst other things with a care plan totaling over $8,000. I was told by a family friend to go to Dr. Keane for a second opinion and despite it taking a few months to get on her schedule I am so glad that I was patient and waited. Dr. KD as well as her staff are all super kind and knowledgeable. They take their time to explain to me step by step everything that is going on, what she recommends and what she plans on doing next. I would recommend Dr.KD to anyone looking for a dentist in the Smyrna/Vinings/Atlanta area.

Shamefully I admit, I haven't been to the dentist in almost 10 years. Dr. K.D. and her staff were so welcoming and gentle. Leaving I called all of my friends and bragged on this place! If you have dentist-phobia this the place.10/10 recommend.

Dr KeanDawes is very knowledgeable and passionate about her chosen profession and has her staff that share her love. Very attentive to detail and your mouth will scream thank you after one of her treatment

I had an amazing first dental cleaning appointment at Pearly Isles Dental! I went as a result of all of the reviews I saw on Google and I'm glad I did. Her receptionists were extremely pleasant, welcoming, and professional. Dr. KD, the dentist, made me feel welcome as if she was welcoming me into her home. I received first-class customer service. And the hygienist, Jessica, was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. She gave great advice and guidance that was research-driven when it came to how to care for my teeth. I would highly recommend Pearly Isles Dental!

So, I'm almost certain that dental anxiety is a real thing for most people. Today was my first visit to Pearly Isles. I've been to my fair share of dentists and this the FIRST time ever not feeling anxious about the dental services! The energy in this office was what I needed to feel comfortable. (Even from the time I made the appointment months ago, things just "felt right".) The check-in process was very tech savvy, which as a "techie", I really appreciate! After completing my forms, I was taken to the treatment room where Jessica and Dr. Keane-Dawes began my exam immediately. Jessica was extremely thorough with my cleaning. This is definitely my new home for all things oral health! Thanks for making my experience great!

I've experienced a traumatic dental incident when I was younger. Dr. KD and her staff not only helped reconstruct the impact of the accident but, they do it in the most comfy setting with the coolest staff I have ever met! I recommend this place 10/10. Payments are easily made, everyone is so friendly and If it was not for Dr. KD I'm sure that I'd still be having issues with my mouth. My entire family goes here, you should too!
