An intraoral camera is an indispensable diagnostic and educational tool. The tiny video camera moves around inside of your mouth and generates a tooth by tooth video exam of your teeth. Using an intraoral camera allows patients to better understand their dental needs by seeing what the dentist sees and then having it explained.
Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Lasers also remove the infected tissue lining the periodontal pocket. As the infected tissue is removed, microscopic blood clots form and your body's natural healing response takes over. As you heal, the tissue reattaches to the bone and your gums return to a healthy infection-free state.

Friendly front desk, dentist assistant, and dentist. However, it was a wait until I received my cleaning, about an hour wait. I understand it was busy, but I did feel a bit rushed, and make sure the suction is not placed on the employees cheek inside, it hurts. Overall, it wasn't bad, I will try their service again.

The customer service here is terrible. My wife and I had been patients here for the last 5 years or so. Every time I come it's like a sales pitch and constantly trying to push a mouthguard or some other premium service. They used to recommend I come every 3 months and then told me every 6 months, only on the next visit to be scolded for not coming every 3 months. I never see the same person more than once due to the high staff turnover. They constantly changed the time of my appointment without notifying me and even sent me a reminder the week before of my appointment with the wrong time. Today I showed up at 7am as my appointment said, only to tell me it's not until 8am. This place does not value their customers or their time. Each cleaning appointment takes up to 2 hours after they take unnecessary time trying to upsell you for services you don't need, or make you wait if they are running late. They overbook more customers than they can handle. Stay away from this place if you value a positive experience at your dentist office.

Don't recommend my dad had an appointment and they turn him away for getting there exactly at the 15 min grace period. His appointment was originally at 9:30 and they call us to see if he could come in earlier he said yes because he was trying to be nice he thought they were too busy or something. They moved his appointment and sent a voicemail that he had a 15 min grace period to make it to his appointment which he did get there exactly at 8:45 not his fault the train took forever and they still did not want to see him. So unprofessional he took the day off work for this appointment and he wasn't seen we are very upset and wont be returning again.

Good Experiance they saw me same day I thought I chipped a tooth but found out I just had bad plaque buildup. Doctors are very nice and professional! Staff is very friendly and nice. Tiffany was a great hygienist I will defiantly be returning. Arash was also a great doctor very friendly and knowledgeable

Upon arrival Quana greeted us in the lobby during check-in, she was knowledgeable and friendly. They took their time in explaining the process of each procedure beginning with X-rays and answering questions. Dr. Madison and Laura, both were wonderful, patient, and kind! This will now be my go to practice for cleanings and any dental work I may need in the future.

My husband needed Dental Exam. We had great experience. Friendly staff. Clean office and equipment. I would like to appreciate Giovanna, Tommy, Quana and very thankful to Dr Madison. Dr Madison addressed our concerns and explained everything in detail. Ms. Quana explained our insurance benefits and coverage. Very good experience and very satisfied.

Dr. Nguyen and Dr. Dennis are great dentists. They make sure you understand any procedures needed. The star of the show is Ron. Friendly, outgoing, makes you feel beyond welcomed. Would be a 5 star review but their phone system is pretty frustrating. Once you get past that, everything is great.

This was my first visit to Pearland Dentist and it was wonderful! Extremely friendly, welcoming, and patient staff. They took their time in explaining the process of each procedure beginning with X-rays and answering questions. I was seen by Yuri for X-rays and Dr. Marjorie Madison, both were wonderful, patient, and kind! This will now be my go to practice for cleanings and any dental work I may need in the future.

I was extremely nervous about my visit with Pearland Dentist. It has been over 10 years since iv been to the dentist. Everyone from the receptionist to the technician and doctor were so nice and comforting. They were very gentle and made me feel good about them taking care of me. I found my new dentist.

Not this specific place but one of the dentist that works her some times. My temp crowns have fallen off both times I went to him the same day. The crowns didn't fall off at the other dentist I went to. I'm really upset.

Disorganized and unprofessional Had a 9:30 appointment, showed up at 9:25, got checked in , there was 1 other person in the waiting room. When I checked in I asked "are you all running on time" and the reply was yes, we are not very busy today. At 9:45 I inquired again and was told I would be seen shortly; at 9:55 I got up and walked out. Why do they think there time is more important than mine, I was there on time and ready to go. At 10:00 my cell phone rang and it was the front desk asking if I was waiting in the car and I told her NO, I left, as obviously you all are not ready for business. She replied "we are short staffed today", really because the front desk individual said everything was good and on time. I told her do not bill the insurance company for a visit, as they did nothing except mess up my morning. Now I have to go find another dentist as I will NEVER go back to see them.

This is by far the best dentist office I've experienced...IN LIFE! I was terrified of dentist and dental work due to a few bad experiences over the years. Tiffany gave me my first deep cleaning EVER and it was amazing! I felt nothing once I was numbed and she made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. Dr. Loumeau is definitely a Godsend! This was my second extraction with him and I can't wait to continue my treatments with him. Even Ron at the front desk helped me sort out some insurance issues and assured me that they would do the necessary to take care of my needs! My high blood pressure wasn't even an obstacle because the overall VIBE of this place is awesome. The dentist is here to take care of your smile, Pearland Dentists does not disappoint! Tell them Clay, the big guy with the beard, sent you by!
