10/26/22 Well came back today for otherside, left, deep cleaning. It was not good at all. He, the dentist numbed my left side a total of 4 maybe 5 times and I was still not numb enough not to feel pain all the way through. When he did the rightside was fine. So Very Disappointed! Since this is my third time in this office to care for my teeth. Don't know what the hell happened with the numbing medicine but it sucked n I told the dentist too n someone else was in the room too. 8/22 1st time customers! Had a cleaning which was good. Found out after 61 years I have 4 cavities, ugh! Have to come back to get them taken care of. Other things need taken care of as well. Going to the dentist is like going on a mini vacation. Expensive for sure! But everyone was very kind n clean office and everything was sanitized too.

I have been going to this dental practice for the past few years and continue to be impressed by the high quality of care every staff member has. Although going to the dentist is never fun, the dentists here are always gentle, informative, and put the patient first. I highly recommend Pearl Smiles to all looking for an amazing group of dentists.

The whole staff is friendly and accommodating from the moment you arrive though the checkout process. They were understanding with my fear and anxiety of going to the dentist and they made every effort to make me comfortable. The tv with peaceful scenes playing was quite helpful. I have not been to the dentist in over 10 years as per the fear I just mentioned. They were not judgemental and pointing out all my flaws in dental care. Instead they were professionals who showed you what was going on and explained the process needed to fix my teeth that were bothering me to have me feeling good again.

After many years of avoiding the dentist due to anxiety I found Pearl Smiles Dental and now my experience at the dentist is something I don't detest. Dr. G is gentle, trustworthy and thorough. The hygienist KB and the dental assistants bring a warm and friendly environment in a situation where I now know I am always in good hands. Dr. G and her team are clearly focused on the needs of her patients and it shows. Thanks to Pearl Smiles Dental I have kept up with my dental cleanings and repairs and I will never go anywhere else!

First visit and everything went smooth. The staff was very friendly. Dr. Liya was pleasant and made me feel comfortable considering the fact I'm a grown man afraid of the dentist office lol.

I couldn't have been any more comfortable with all the precautions Dr. Goitom and her staff are taking at Pearl Smiles Dental. The staff is very friendly, and I am so happy to have this dental office as my family dentist. Dr. Goitom and her staff are consummate professionals. My family has been patients for over 4 years and couldn't have selected a better dentist! We find the entire team to be engaging and courteous while delivering a first class dental experience in a state of the art facility. With that said, the surroundings and interaction are are nonetheless quite warm, personal and friendly. For these reasons we never miss an appointment and it shows in the health of our teeth and mouth overall.
