Dr. Sahegin Charolia is a 2012 graduate of University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. He grew up in Spring, TX where he attended Klein High School and then University of Texas at Austin for undergraduate. Dr. Charolia has always enjoyed learning new things and doing hands-on work. His interest in science combined with art led him to pursue a career in dentistry. Since graduation, Dr. Charolia has been continuously taking continuing education courses in dentistry to stay up to date with newly available information and to further his dental knowledge, so his patients can benefit from what he has to offer.

Dr. Charolia strives to provide his patients with excellent care and ensure patients are fully educated about their dental conditions and needs, so they can make the informed decision that is best for them. He is an active member of Academy of General Dentistry, and is constantly involved in local study clubs and continuing education courses to expand his knowledge and stay current with the most modern techniques so he can deliver the best available care to his patients. Dr. Charolia sees patients of all ages, and he enjoys working with kids. He aims to provide a friendly and comfortable environment for all his patients so your entire family can have a good experience.

Outside of Dentistry, Dr. Charolia is married for 2 years. In his free time, he likes to spend time with family and friends, enhancing his skills by taking new courses, read, and wishes to travel to different parts of the world. He also likes to try different food and so far likes Mediterranean food the best.

Dr. Dar is a native of Spring, Texas. He attended Klein High School and went to college at Southern Methodist University on a scholastic scholarship where he earned a B.S. in Biology. He then went on to earn his dental degree from Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas, Texas. He graduated in the top 15% of his class on the Deans honor list. Dr. Dar received numerous awards in Dental School including the prestigious American Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Award, Southwest Society of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons Award and the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology Award. After completing his dental degree, Dr. Dar received his medical degree from Stony Brook School of Medicine in New York. He completed a year of General Surgery training and a six-year residency in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at North Shore-LIJ in New York.

During his residency, he obtained extensive training in Craniofacial Surgery, Orthognathic Surgery, Cleft Lip/Cleft Palate repair, Facial Trauma, Facial Reconstruction, Facial Cosmetic Surgery, Head and Neck Pathology, TMJ Surgery and Dental Implants. Dr. Dar is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support and Advanced Trauma Life Support from the American College of Surgeons and the American Heart Association. Outside of work Dr. Dar enjoys running, reading and most importantly spending time with his family. Dr. Dar is excited about being back home in Texas.

Dr. Sadaf Maknojia grew up in the Sugar Land area and graduated from Clements High School. Upon completion of high school, she attended the University of Houston, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. She was then accepted into The University of Texas School of Dentistry at Houston. Dr. Maknojia is a member of the American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, and Greater Houston Dental Society.

Dr. Maknojia is married and lives in Sugar Land with her husband. She is multilingual and speaks English, Urdu, Hindi, and Gujrati. Outside of the office, she enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.

Jenelle is our Dental Assistant who you will meet when you come for your visits. Jenelle has been a dental assistant for over 3 years. She went to Cy-Creek high school and enjoys meeting people from around the community. Jenelle grew up in the cypress area. She has a three year old daughter that she adores! In her free time she plays with her French bulldog puppy and loves to workout.

My name is Darli Vargas I was born and raised in Houston Tx. I have been in the dental field for over 8 years. I am bilingual and I have worked previously as a Registered Dental Assistant and now as a front desk receptionist. I still love to work as a dental assistant when I can. I enjoy educating our patients on how to take care of their teeth. I love spending quality time with my family I am a proud aunt who loves her nieces and nephew.

Michelle is one of the first people to greet you on your visit to our office as she is our scheduling coordinator. She was born and raised locally in Houston. She has a amazing 2 year old baby boy that she lives with along with her fiance. Her free time consists of turning on a candle, working on a word search or a puzzle. She enjoys baking and cooking for her family. She plans to own a golden retriever and become a home owner as soon as next 2 years. Her goal is to learn and grow in her position and continue to give our patients great experience in the process.

Leslie is a dog mom to a golden retriever and a lab, and enjoys going on daily walks with them. She is an adventurous person who loves to explore new places as well as travel or go hiking. Her favorite hobbies would be finding new restaurants to eat at or painting.

Uche is one of your Dental Assistant who will welcome you with a smile! She was born in Denver, Colorado and moved to Houston before starting college. She recently just graduated from University of Houston with a bachelors in Kinesiology. In her free time, Uche loves to travel, read, go shopping, and hang out with her friends. She aspires to go to dental school soon and one day open her own practice!

Jack is our sterilization tech who helps us keep our instruments sterilized for our patients. He is 19 years old and just started his dental journey with us. He has lived inHouston almost his whole life and loves the city and the people. He enjoys music, writing and hiking. We are glad to have him as part of our team!

Dr. Janice Nguyen graduated University of St. Thomas with a bachelor degree in Chemistry. During her undergraduate studies, she also double minored in Biology and Theology. She then went on and completed her Doctorate in Dental Medicine with a focus in public health dentistry from Arizona School of Dentistry & Oral Health.

Public health dentistry plays a significant part of Janices career. She practiced in numerous community health centers all around the United States, and is a big advocate of breaking down visible and invisible barriers in healthcare. On top of clinical dentistry, Janice has also participated in research concerning oral health in patients with movement disorders. She has organized and participated in various dental service events in her community to help increase awareness of the importance of dental health. In addition, Janice works directly with dental students as an adjunct clinical faculty at the University of Texas School of Dentistry. She also volunteers at Healthcare for the Homeless Houston Dental Clinic to further contribute to her community.

Shahad graduated from dental hygiene school in 2020 from upstate NY and moved down to Houston in August 2021. She enjoys spending time with her husband and being outdoors as well as shopping and helping people with their oral hygiene. She will welcome you to our practice with a smile.
