Before undergoing three years of specialty training in Orthodontics in Florida at Jacksonville University (Home of Dolphins), Dr. Patil completed two years of Fellowship in Craniofacial Research at the Arthur. A. Dugoni School of Dentistry. During that time, Dr. Patil actively volunteered on cleft lip and palate missions with Rotaplast.
With over ten years of experience in General Dentistry in Silicon Valley California since 2001, Dr. Patil especially enjoys working with children and believes that positive first-visits to the Orthodontist create a lifetime dedication to oral health.
Dr. Patil is a current California Association of Orthodontist's Communications Committee member, where consumer awareness for early orthodontic intervention (age 7) is promoted. She is alsoassociated with Arthur. A. Dugoni School of Dentistry as an Associate Professor in the Department of Orthodontics. She is certified by American Board of Orthodontics, which only a few are certified.
Noor is ourTreatment Coordinator. She will be the one helping you with a customized treatment plan for you and your family. With over 5 years of experience in the pediatric field, you know you are in good hands with her. In her spare time she loves to be active and do outdoor activities such as running, hiking, and playing sports. She also loves traveling to new destinations with her husband each year!
Susan is ourFinancial Coordinator. All your questions and concerns related to finance will be addressed by her. She will do her best to work with you, your budget, and your insurance. With over 9 years experience in dental field, orthodontics has been her favorite field to work in. On her time off she likes to travel and spend time with her family.
Lauren is our Marketing Coordinator and Dental Assistant. With 4 years of Orthodontic experience, she enjoys making connections with every patient, ensuring the experience is pleasant and as efficient as possible.Afterhours, she spends her time in the gym, taking photos for her Photography business, and spending time outdoors with her husband.
Maria is one of our Dental Assistants. She provides great customer service to all our patients, loves working with kids, and hopes to give them the best orthodontic experience. She works alongside Dr. Patil in long procedures, and gives instructions on how to take care your braces during the process of Orthodontic treatment. She is CPR certified and is on track to become a Registered Dental Assistant. Outside of work, she enjoys taking care of her two beautiful children and watching Raiders football games.
Jessica is one of our Dental Assistants. She is currently X-ray certified and is taking classes to become a Registered Dental Assistant. She takes quality time with each of her patients. She also gives detailed and specific instructions to each patient. She also works in the lab making sure each lab case is sent in perfect condition and timely manner. In her free time she likes listening to music, and watching and reading sci-fi movies and books.

I really don't get why there are so many good reviews here. My experience with front desk people is extremely frustrating and they seems don't know how to do their job. This is my first visit for Invisalign consultation, all my ask is to make sure they charge the right code so that my surgery/treatment benefit will not be taken. I am really surprised why they would waste time saying how they charge orthodontics consultation fee is depending on insurance company instead of calling insurance company to confirm beforehand. Instead, I have to call to confirm myself!??? Wth? They don't even want to give a call just by giving excuses saying there's long wait???? Come on, that's your job to be responsible to patients! They made up things just because they can take money in easiest way. Compared to others, there are so many clinics offer free consultation and X-ray checks etc for better evaluation and more professional service which in here, all I see is they are lazy figuring things out and just wanna simply taking money. Well, if this is how you do business then you definitely deserves this bad review ;)

I would have given them zero star. Rude doctor and kept us hanging for 2+ months and kept on rescheduling the appointment. Terrible service, would not recommend the doctor or the staff to anyone.

So regret to do my Invisalign here. The assistant doing the teeth scan here was very unprofessional. The first time, they missed one of my back tooth and I have to rescan and wait for another month to get my first brace. Unacceptably, the whole thing happened again for my second scan! They sent new hire to scan my teeth for my second half treatment. The scan got rejected by Invisalign lab. I was not informed about the rejection at all and came in after a whole month trying to pick up my new braces. Of course no new braces and was told I need to rescan again and wait for another month. I have been wearing the same brace for 14 weeks! No one even try to call for the rescan when the scan get rejected. No apology and more wait. Please find another place if you are looking for orthodontist.

I absolutely love it here. Just a couple months ago I moved to Fremont and I was in search of a Orthodontist. I was recommended by my dentist to go to Pearl Orthodontist and The doctor here and her team have exceeded all my expectations. At Pearl Orthodontist they treat you more than just a patient they remember your name and they are just invested or even more into your dreams smile as you are. I am already seeing improvements in my smile and I cannot wait to see the the end results with them. I absolutely love it here. 100/10

If I could choose one place on the globe to spend an hour, it would be here at PEARL ORTHODONTICS. Easily the best dentistry establishment to have ever graced the Earth. The staff are some of the finest in the orthodontics field, and the office is phenomenal. I truly felt like a valued patient at this institution. Came here because my Dentist referred me for a consolation for Invisalign/braces to address a bite issue. The team here is amazing. They worked out an Invisalign treatment plan with me on my first visit. I am approaching the end of my treatment and the results are much better than I expected. The entire staff here is very friendly and welcoming but I have to give a shout out to Jessica for always being on point with my visits.

I've been with Pearl Orthodontics for almost 10 years and my experience with them has been fantastic. They are a team of compassionate and friendly doctors and their treatments are not very painful. I love coming to my orthodontist because they leave me with a smile on my face figuratively and literally.
