Member of the American Dental Association and the Hawaii Dental Association. She is a 2001 graduate of New York University College of Dentistry. Following graduation in 2001, Dr. Marana was commissioned by the Army and began her career as a Dental Officer in Fort Benning, Georgia. Dr. Marana moved to Hawaii in 2005 and was a civilian contract Dentist at Schofield Barracks for 5 years. She opened her private practice, Pearl Kai Dentistry / Gale Marana DDS located in Pearl Kai Shopping Center in 2010.
Dr. Marana treats all of her patients as her own Ohana, and believes well informed patients make the best decisions. She continually updates her training with continuing education courses and seminars to remain current with new dental procedures, and the science and technology of modern dentistry.

I wish I had switched to them sooner. Great attention and service. You know you are in good hands when you learn things about your bone structure that you had no clue about. Keen eye on detail! Dr. Marana and LeeAnn are an amazing team. My husband and I have been going there since 2014 and so satisfied each time. They're so focused on delivering a pleasant experience with the best outcome. Clean, organized and welcoming office. Couldn't ask for a better team. Thank you for ALL you do

Always have a fantastic experience in this office.. Dr Gale Marana is amazing & does for you what she would want done to herself. She has constantly shown that she wants to help & not just take your money.. she is a great dentist & my only complaint is that I can't take her with me when we move.

Great service. That's how I feel about the way Gale treats me like family. Makes me.feel at ease and always letting me know what's going on. She knows what she's doing and what's best to make my teeth well maintained. Plus location is perfect and if you are lucky like I've been the parking right in front of dentist office is awesome.

came in for a quote and paid out of pocket for nothing dont go here. worst dentist ever shes just money hungry. beware of this fraud. dont even let her sit you down without getting a quote. she will charge for things that dont even exist. i'm suprised she didnt charge for holding the door open. Please save yourself a fortune and go to a trusted dentist who will not take advantage of you. check her yelp reviews if you dont beieve me!! search Gale Marana DDS

I am a Government contractor from the mainland working in Hawaii. I needed to visit a dental office while on the island. I found Pearl Kai Dentistry on Google. I usually look for a business that has a number of ratings that I can read through to see if the establishment is a place that warrants my business. Unfortunately, Pearl Kai only had one review. However, it was a 5-star review with very good things to say about Dr. Marana, and staff. And boy were his thoughts spot-on!!! This place is great. It's conveniently located, and state of the art. Not only that, but the way the staff treats you is amazing. Your not just a patient; but a friend. Today will be my fourth visit, and I feel I made good friends. I observed how other patients are treated as well... I would have to say they get the same treatment!!! So awesome in my opinion. If your the type that doesn't particularly care to visit the dentist (like me) this office will make you change your mind. Dr. Marana will do her best to get your mind off the situation... before you know it your done. She is thorough, yet gentle with each touch throughout the procedure at hand. The staff is great!!! The doctor couldn't have picked a better staff to represent her office, and tend to the patients' needs. Please visit this establishment... we need to keep this office thriving with business!!! Dr. Marana, and her staff deserve it.!!! Help them help you!!!
