Very pleased with recently choosing Pearl Family Dental for our family's dental care. I've experienced the most comprehensively thorough dental care in two visits than over the last 10 years with my previous dental provider. From the front office assistant Tiffany, to the Hygienist team and ultimately Dr. Saravana, all have provided exceptional customer care and superb professionalism.

My first time going to this place. I was looking for a dentist because one of my teeth sudden started being sensitive to brushing and with anything I drink.but anyways, I went to the office, sat down for about 3/5 minutes. The dental assistant came out and asked me to come on back and never stated my name and that made me so uncomfortable and unsure if I was the right patient. The dental assistant took a bunch of X-rays and then the doctor came in, and again never called me by name but instead asked me what name I would prefer him to call me. The doctor should of come in calling me by my last name before even asking me if I wanted to be call by first name or last name. I was at least expecting them to do a normal clean and checked for any cavities but that wasn't done. This office focuses more on a treatments plan. And also, the front desk lady energy wasn't my liking. I felt a sense of rudeness and felt like I was bothering her. I didn't get any welcoming feelings from her. It was all attitude coming from her. And even though I pre checked in with all of my insurance information but my secondary insurance was never added she claimed that she didn't get it which I don't know how that's even possible when I took pictures of both of my dental insurance cards. As a diabetic, there's a lot a dental plan will cover. And I know the insurance will cover 100% deep clean but this office told me that it wasn't cover by my insurance and I have to pay out of my pocket. And the end of the day, I didn't get a welcoming vibe from this office so I will not return. I am a dental assistant and worked in a dental office for 2/ 3 years so I know what to expect. Sorry but I will not recommend this place. Two stars because they have late office hours that worked well with my busy work schedule

Pearl Family Dental is The best dental care I have ever experienced !Dr.Saravana and staff are very! Professional, courteous, and friendly They made me feel and my Son like family... would highly recommend to anyone!!!Awsome Dental care...

Their work team is excellent taking their time making sure the patient knows what are they doing and why , also the doctor ask if I have questions and concerns ! Never asked b4 at a dentist clinic they want to make sure I understand every step of the way . Every time they do an excellent job and follow trough

This location loves to cut off your insurance and then have you not covered when your appointment comes. Then you're owed a bill to pay later! I don't recommend this location. No dental office should cancel a customers insurance. They were the last ones to call my insurance. Stay away! UPDATE May 2021: I called this dental office last year regarding their response to my review. The customer service rep made it seem like they didn't know who I was but thing is I wanted to remain anonymous. I have a right to express what I went through being a patient at this location and why deny it when this business was the last person that called my insurance at the time. Very terrible experience yet again. I wouldn't go to a dental office and not have insurance. Something happened since my insurance said that YOU were the last people to call. They gave me the evidence and everything. Did not like the managers response making it seem like I talking about another dental office like it's the wrong one. Also, why are you looking at my profile seeing my previous reviews? Weird... It's sad I had to go over there in person and then lo and behold they all remembered me. Especially the owner when I explained how rude his response was. Why didn't you just originally respond that I could call you to explain the issue? Or leave a phone number saying I could explain the situation and apologize to me due to the inconvenience. Instead you did damage control with your response! That's so sad. People have a right to know what they went through and every review they give even if they don't want to leave their name. Some people don't like their stuff out on the internet.

I had a wonderful experience here. Everything from the receptionist all the way to my exam. Doctor was amazing and his dental assistant was superb. They really know how to make you feel at ease and relaxed. Definitely coming back! Thank you!!!

I am very impressed with the dentist, Dr. Saravana, and his assistant, Daisy. I had a painless tooth extraction which continues to be painless the day after. Dr. Saravana patiently and thoroughly explained my options prior to the extraction. The morning of the extraction he and Daisy systematically went through the procedure and after care. During the extraction the Dr was great about telling me what he was doing and what I would experience. Daisy was encouraging and good about repeating Dr. Saravana's cues. Honestly, a great experience. Thank you, Dr. Saravana and Daisy. I look forward to seeing you both at my cleaning in 6 months.

This whole office is wonderful. From the receptionist, to the dental assistants, to the dentist himself! Seriously so happy to have found them.
